The new and colorful equipment, the children like it very much, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the faint floral fragrance of nature fills the air. It feels very good to sit on the grass in the evening.
Definitely great to have a cute park nearby, super close to shops also. Basketball courts, kids play areas, etc makes it super family friendly too. Minor con- I noticed a ton of trash left out on the ground throughout the park and surrounding areas…would be nice if folks were more conscious about leaving trash behind.
Nice place to go thanks to seamar TurningPoint people that sometimes come here and help clean trash that moms don't pick up after themselves but all from there all good water starts att 11 so will keep u updated pleas if you going to have party for your kids don't leave a mess like the purple confetti and balloons ok thanks
Right now this park just isn't a pleasant place. A big chunk of the north side is fenced off and under some renovation / construction. Next to the fences, as we as near the playground in the center are some tents and personal belongings piled in this public park. There is a pretty nice playground in the center but who'd come to play gven the current situation? Quite a shame.
It’s a big nice wide park with tables and bbq grills but to be honest I would rather bring my own bbq grill, it’s great to bring your kids and dogs here for a nice walk and it’s good for a little reunion with your family also the city is making some changes to the park so they’re adding even more stuff to it the park also has a small playground and training equipment so yeah basically an all around good park and good experience.
Explore the Seattle Parks during the weekend. We find this park highly recommended for younger children. They have the playground and fitness zone. You can bring scooter or bicycle to ride around the area. This also a spraypark that will be fun when summer comes
The dogs love sniffing around this park - all the locals walk their dogs here. There are BBQ and picnic tables here and a playground as well. Currently it's missing permanent bathrooms, but supposedly those will be in soon. As of spring 2022, bathrooms are almost in, but still not quite open
pretty nice playground in the center. You can bring scooter or bicycle to ride around the area.
Is a great place for the summer and is a basketball court under roof... Can use better maintenance. Paint and some bleacher. Restrooms: They lock up the bathroom and I got a love one with a condition that she have to be available for the community
There are seasons of the unhoused people with garbage littering the grass.
