Prairie Soup Company catered a 4 course meal for our event. We had 3 kinds of soup - chicken noodle, tomato basil & Italian Wedding. Salad bar with tons of toppings and homemade dressing. Spicy buffalo chicken, turkey bacon, Italian sub, & ham and cheese paninis. And their amazing delicious chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Everything was amazing! I would highly recommend Prairie Soup Company for all your catering needs!
The food's good they have nice soups chocolate chip cookies are really great the paninis are good I used to go here weekly about 5 years ago when I worked downtown. Then ownership change. I just went here a few times lately 2021they have new ownership and that's really made a difference. If you're near the bus depot or walking the skywalks this is a worthwhile place to eat.
I was excited to bring my husband here as it was so good back in the day. When we arrived they only had one soup with peanut butter in it. Mini bags of cool ranch doritos was the only option. I ordered a chicken salad on a crossiant. It came on 2 slices of white bread instead. And they no longer serve iced coffee drinks. They pointed at the bottle of dunkin donuts in the cooler. Farewell Prairie "Soup" Company. We won't be coming back.
I took my mom who is very picky for lunch there ... the staff were so nice , I ordered the mushroom and wild rice and Cobb salad and my mom took the beer cheese soup and chicken salad sandwich,my hard to please mom loved this place so I guess we are going again !!! Very friendly and flexible. Good communication. Reasonable $. Everyone likes the food.
The service was solid and there were plenty of great soup and panini options. Ordered a pick 2 half Turkey Bacon panini and reg Cheesy Potato soup and it was delicious! Was really impressed with how good the food was and surprised that such a great gem was tucked away in this office-looking building. Would definitely recommend.
Love this place just wish they were open weekends and nights... their turkey cranberry sandwich and chicken tortilla soup is amazing! A little disappointed in the last two times I've gone. They've been out out of chicken, tortilla soup and turkey and cranberry... So settled for grilled cheese that was subpar and chicken enchilada soup which was okay.
Good food, great staff and service, but some menu items pannini can be slow during the lunch rush. I had a half Turkey bacon pannini with a medium bowl of chicken tortilla soup to go. The food was great, the service was excellent. They keep a strong serving pace, so the line moves surprisingly quickly.
Tried their Buffalo chicken panini and it was really good! I’m usually a very picky eater but would definitely eat this again. Can’t wait to try more things on the menu.
Italian wedding soup here is excellent, best I've ever had - a must try. Staff was nice and quick with great selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. Will eat here again when back in town.
Food is pretty good but it's a cluster getting through the line every time. If you order a panini it will take about 15-20 minutes. If you don't like your salad completely drenched in dressing ask for them to put it on the side.
