Fabulous firehouse burrito! We are from San Diego and thought it was very well done. The shipwreck was also tasty. Great outside area that is nice for kids to play because it has open space and you don't have to worry about your kids being loud since tables are not close together. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The staff is great and super friendly. The food really is pretty good, but everything is smothered in Sriracha Mayo. Had to scrape it off our food to taste our food. Once we did that, it was pretty good. Pretty sure the Brussel sprouts are deep fried and and not pan fried just in case you are looking for that healthy option. Blackened salmon had perfect seasoning to it and the tuna cakes were quite tasty.
Very comfortable and homey. Great customer too! They have breakfast all day and the valentine's drink menu is wonderful! I had a chocolate coconut martini. Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure how accommodating they can be diet wise, but they made sure none of my dishes had pepper when I told them I didn't like it.
Classy little diner with bar downtown. Open late. Spiral cut French fries were unique and different from every other place here in town. The food was served timely, hot, and delicious. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
Picked up tenderloin to go, good sandwich, lots of toppings, waffle fries where crispy and delicious, good sized proportion. Ordered by phone for pickup at later time, was finished as I arrived, great service. Will be back again to try other things on the menu.
Went for breakfast, an easy walk from the hotel. Services was kind, but sadly, it was slow as it seems to be the norm most of the time now. The food was wonderful and I would recommend it! I would go back!Food: 5/5
Ranchero benne was delicious! Sauce complimented the chorizo and avocado well. Liked the addition of some jalapeno slices. My only critique is that the eggs were over poached. The yolk was not runny at all. Wait staff was friendly and gave good recommendations.
Overall good experience. Biscuits and gravy was disappointing. Gravy had no sausage and biscuits seemed grainy otherwise Fall cocktails were tasty.
Loved this place so much. Delicious food, amazing service, fair prices. Would definitely go there again
Small little place but would totally keep going back. Went for lunch and the potatoes are like nothing I have had before. And there is so much flavor in the food. Definitely one of my favs in Iowa and the atmosphere is very welcoming!!!
