Powerhouse Gym 24/7

This is my gym, & I'm very pleased with my recent membership purchase. The best thing has to be the free daycare that I am provided with while I work out! Angie is the best, she is so great with my kids when she is taking care of them! They beg me to go back to play at the gym, and I get my exercise in for the day - it's a win-win!

Great facility with friendly staff and brand new equipment. Very clean and a wonderful training staff.

I love this gym. I just heard they updated the entire gym with all brand new strength equipment.

It's a great gym with a great environment I have a workout gym in south Lyon highschool I'd give it 3 stars I do like it a lot but not a much as power house gym because let's say I'd do this workout Curl 25lbs in each hand 20 reps Military press 40lbs in each hand 15 reps Bench press 115lbs 10 reps Bench press 105lbs reps 10 push ups with 10lbs plate on back 30 sit ups holding 35lbs plate Deadlift 310lbs max out Bench press 155lbs max out Squat 100lbs 20 reps Leg press Curl 30lbs on each hand 10 reps Run a few laps around the gym Last pull downs etc...... Yes I can do that at my school gym but there is much more room here and some guys in there 20s who are strong as hell

This gym is turning into the next Planet Fitness. Powerhouse Is For Real bodybuilders that move weight and grunt here and there no big deal. But getting banned for doing so is ridiculous. They should be ashamed for having Powerhouse across the front of the building.
