Great facility. Clean locker rooms & showers. Variety of equipment so you can workout in whatever way you want to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely lives up to their goal of creating a gym for people who don't want to be intimidated by "lunks" (as PF calls them). The only downside in my opinion is that parking is limited and it can be tricky to find a spot that isn't across the lot, but that's just more exercise - and that's why you're at the gym anyway, right?

First off let me start by saying this is not my home location, thank the lord. This is the only PF I have ever been to that makes you fill out this BS sign in sheet when you go here. I've been to plenty of other locations. Two in Grand Rapids, Holland, South Field etc. and none of them do this. When I asked why I have to fill this out every time I visit I was told "it's a liability waiver because this isn't your home location". That's funny because you don't even sign anything. They make you print your name, fill out your email (which is on file), your home location (on file) and then they ask you what brings you to this location? Why do they need to know why I'm at this location for a liability waiver? That is so ridiculous. Also the water at this location is horrible. It is luke warm and has some kind of funky taste to it. They really need to do something about the water for sure. The only time I go here is on weekends because I don't feel like driving an extra 20 minutes to a different location. The facility is clean and they have a nice selection of equipment, which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars.

This is not a bad gym, but it is not great either. First off, the parking sucks. Secondly, the WiFi is sporadic and you never know when it is going to cut out. When you complain to the people, they are either in denial or make excuses such as "there are a lot of people on it". BS! Of course, the main reason to go to a gym is to not use the internet; but the point is that if you're going to provide a service to your members, at least make sure it works properly and consistently. Thirdly, it is crowded. Like I said, not horrible, but certainly not my first choice for a Planet Fitness. Oh, and they proclaim themselves to be the top Planet Fitness in the nation. Based on the reviews and my experiences, I beg to differ.

Decent size gym but definitely crowded with a lot of people. Getting someone to instruct you on how to use the tanning beds and massage equipment is like pulling teeth. Their tanning beds are outdated, although they say they are supposed to be replaced soon. Restrooms are usually kept up, the facilities are not up to par with many other Planet Fitness centers. They have been making some changes though, hopefully they keep it up.

Started with this location back in November of 2016, was not very impressed from the start, a lot of the equipment is older and in dis-repair, but it was good enough. Once a few months later, I was using the locker rooms, and it was disgusting. I asked one of the staff members if they would mind cleaning the showers and they gave me a look like I was from outer space. Also it seems that just about every time I asked to use one of the black card machines it either needed to be cleaned, was in use, or was broken no matter what time of the day it is, and the massage chairs are terrible. This PF is in serious need of a renovation.
