This place is most definitely worth every penny!! I'm not the type of person that can really motivate/push myself independently at a regular gym. At 9Round, the personal training staff (especially Nicole) motivates me to work hard at my absolute best capability, and keep going. Nicole personalizes the workout to me and my abilities. If she thinks the daily predetermined exercises are too easy/difficult for me, she changes them on the spot. I love the individualized training experience I get here and I could not ask for a better place to burn 400+ calories in just 30 minutes. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

I enjoyed my experience here, however, I feel I was lied to. I expressed my concern when looking into joining about my age, I'm 54. I was told that if there were any issues I could get a Dr's note and be released from my contract. After only 2 months, I had severe pain in my shoulders, went to the Dr. and found it was arthritis. I continued to pay for the membership for 4 more months just to be sure, but my Dr. insisted I could no longer go there. I got a note from him and yet the 'co-partner' of the gym would not even compromise with me. I have spent over $480.00 for a gym I only attended for 2 months. I am terribly disappointed in the way they handled this. I'm basically disabled at this point but he did not care. I'm a Property Manager and know that contracts CAN be broken and would think a disability such as mine would qualify.

Amazing workout!! Only 30 minutes and you already can feel the result. I am highly recommend it if your time is limited, and you would like a quality exercise.

I joined back in July 2016. I just love these work outs! It's never the same routine twice, and I'm doing something different every 3 minutes. I am not the type of person that will use an elliptical or treadmill for 30-60 min on a regular basis because it's monotonous and I lose interest. This is perfect for me. The trainers, Mark and Steven are great! They are helpful, encouraging and know how to push me to the next level. They also know when to help me modify my workout when my tendinitis is flaring up.

What an amazing place this has been for me! I've been a member for approx. 8 months and I am truly addicted! The trainers are motivating and know how to push each person to work their hardest without over doing it. The exercises change each day so it's impossible to get bored! You can go as many times as you want in a week, and as many times as you want in a day. I love everything about 9 rounds!
