In my experience with this restaurant, there is decent prices, an origional lineup of sandwhiches, absolutely amazing chili, shakes and a good chip selection as well. Facilities are clean and frequently cleaned & the staff is very professional and helpful.
I was there on a Sunday ordered a wreck original with utz and diet coke. The employee said he had to remake my sandwich. Once I got home and ate my sandwich I was baffled. Typically when you let a sandwich sit for a bit it makes the wich more tasty given the ingredients have had a chance to integrate. The highlight of my sandwich was the mayo. Not sure why he "remade" my sandwich being that it tasted like nothing. I will say there are people who are into sandwiches that taste like cardboard just like Jimmy John's however this place has Jimmy John's flavor-less food beat. Mind you I haven't been to Potbelly in at least five years. I'm getting tired of grocery stores and fast food restaurants or sandwich places dumbing down their products the meat on my sandwich looked like microwaved stale around the edges days old meat. I will be contacting the store and corporate in hopes of getting my cost for the sandwich back even though the cheese utz we're stale as well.

The food was on point! Parking lot was packed & I thought it would take a while, but we were in and out in no time! The staff was quick and responsive, all busy within their part to play, and together made it a quick alternative to fast food.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go, got home and there was no chicken salad in between the bread! Just lettuce, onion, and peppers. I tried to call but no one would answer. It’s too bad this place is pretty close to my house. I don’t think I can go back.
Always get "a wreck" never disappoints. This location is clean and friendly from my experiences.
Always the place for a smoked ham samich! Have loved this place since I was a kid and could only ever visit the one inside Nordstrom Mall downtown Chicago. The memories!
Ordered online and my sandwich was ready when promised. It was made fresh with fresh ingredients.
