We arrived to this location at 9:30 am on Saturday July 2, 2022. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no line. My husband ordered spicy strip biscuit meal and I ordered an egg white grill sandwich meal. The ordered arrived very fast within seconds, which should have been a red flag. Both of our meals were lukewarm. We are loyal customers of Chick-fil-A and were devastated with such poor quality of food. This particular location serves lukewarm meals.
You can tell the food was recently cooked and it tastes amazing. If you're looking for a good place to eat, then this is a great place to go! Employees are good, polite and can be seen wiping tables pretty often, making sure to disinfect the area. The employees are always so nice and greet the customers, which is awesome. Their customer service is fantastic. I can eat here every single day. I would recommend this place if you want to eat out with your family. Its always a pleasure to indulge in Chick-Fil-A!
Unfortunately, I find myself writing negative reviews online and calling supervisors when I pay compliments. I need to work on this. This specific Chick-fil-A is off of my list, entirely. I stopped in with a gift card for a free sandwich while running errands. After waiting in line, the person working the register just gave me a blank stare -- truly... blank. The manager, after looking at the gift card, called it "old school" and would not honor it. He did not say it was invalid and I asked if they were not a "participating" location as described on the card. Again, I heard "old school" and "nah." For a second, it looked like he thought I was going to get out my wallet and order. I said that this was given to me recently, I stopped in simply for a sandwich free and that I certainly was not going to eat there. It seems that the ability to run a business has left the building and, I believe, that Chick-fil-A is seriously headed in the wrong direction. I won't be returning and I advise others to be aware of this trend in customer service. Too bad, I liked their food!
This Chick-fil-A is super solid, but they irritate me very often. The past 3 times I’ve gone I’ve asked for lime ranch and lo and behold there is none in my bag. It’s like they have selective hearing when it comes to sauces. The minute I say chick fila sauce that’s all they hear and nothing after it. I understand they are busy but bro that ranch is so good like gimme that ranch

The lady that cleans the tables is very rude. I was waiting for my to go order with everyone else. She told me I should sit down at a table. I told her my order was to go she said sit down. She only came up to me no one else. Also when she gave me my order she threw it on the table. I thought that was pretty rude and un called for. I been working in customer service for only 25 years and would never treat a customer like that. I will not come back here. I would rather go somewhere else then be treated like this.
We frequent this Chik-fil-a but we often find ourselves with the wrong things in our bag when going through the drive thru. For instance, last night; when there was no line at the dive thru; we ordered a 4 ct strips meal and an 8 ct nugget meal. When we got home, one of our fries was upside down on top of the bag and we didn't get the 8ct nuggets. Instead we got a spicy chicken sandwich. Our receipt showed the correct order but the food did not reflect that. Something always seems to be wrong when we go to this particular location.
The fries are stale EVERYTIME. And i dont mean stale like have been sitting for a couple hours, i mean stale as in sitting for a couple DAYS. This has happened to me everytime i go to this location, so its not just bad luck, they consistantly give out stale fries, EVERYTIMEFood: 1/5
My order was placed through the drive thru on 2/10/23 at 2:55pm. I give 4 stars because the food is great and the guy who cashed me out and gave me my food had great customer service. The reason I left one star off is because the women maybe named Christina since that was the name of the cashier on the receipt that was directing the guy who was taking care of me was extremely rude to the employee. He had handed me 1 of 2 bags and after the first bag was handed to me, I asked a question about a coupon in which the women proceeded to tell him “you need to hand out both orders at the same time.” He was about to hand the second bag but I interrupted him which caused her to make a comment making him feel like he’s doing something wrong. She seems like a terrible person to work with I hope she isn’t a manager because I’d encourage him to find a new job if I were treated like that while doing my best. So I hope this review makes it to someone in management because she needs to be talked to about her attitude towards employees. The young guy had great customer service which reflected the great service that chick fil a prides themselves in. But the women managing him was every food workers worst pet peeve to deal with and is most of the time the reason that they quit and have a bad perspective of chick fil a.
Just left Chick-fil-A and will definitely not be returning. I ordered my food thru the drive-thru, and after driving off, I realized that my 3 drinks were wrong. Came back, parked, and went inside. After a few mins, a lady came, and I showed her my receipt and explained the issue. She tells me you can keep all 3 drinks and I'll make you new ones. A few mins later comes with 2 drinks not 3!, and guess what, both drinks are also wrong. I again showed her my receipt, and she replied as she's pulling the drink tray from me, 'sorry but I can't give you sooo many free drinks' .... in front of at least 10 customers. WHAT?! I never asked for free drinks. All I wanted was the right drinks! As soon as she said that, I looked at her and said, 'you can keep all the drinks,' and I left. Sooo sad because they're pretty famous for awesome service, but those comments are unwelcome!
