I won’t ever order from this location again, or at least not for a long time. The pizza did not look appealing at all, and it seems like someone rushed when making this. Whoever did a quality check did not check thoroughly. There was no sauce in the pizza , and the pizza wasn’t cooked properly. It tasted like a mushy, cheesy soggy bread and it just left me so disappointed. Even the delivery driver was not very polite. I love eating handmade pan pizza but this experience left a real bad taste in my mouth.
I ordered two large pizzas through the app, they were delivered within the right time frame. Both pizzas had missing toppings from what was ordered. I tried calling the store, to see if a new one can be made for me to pick up. But after 5 calls and a total of 30 minutes of being on hold, I was unable to speak to anyone from this location about the issue. It's frustrating paying for something and not have it they way it was ordered. And then not being able to get a hold of anyone. Horrible experience
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. this place should be closed. Most reviews read the same as our experience: We’re staying in an Airbnb in the area and after a long day of traveling, our kids just wanted pizza. We placed our order at 6:30. At 7:30 we called to see if there was any update. We were told they were short staffed and a driver was on his way soon. Another hour passes and we get a call saying the driver took our order to the wrong house and asked if we wanted to cancel the order. We’re pretty easy going and the kids just wanted pizza, so we said no and just asked them to deliver the order. We were never notified that the pizza was delivered but it got here well past 9pm. I don’t know how this location is still in business.
I ordered 2 pizzas. Waited 3 hours for them to be delivered. I had to call the store numerous times in order to make sure my order was still coming and couldn’t get through to a human. Got delivery insurance to place a new order within 7 days, went to use the coupon and it stated it had been used. Called the store for help, and the guy who answered told me to email the coupon back asking why it isn’t working. Called back again to speak with a manager and couldn’t get through. Ridiculous! Unacceptable
I usually don't have a problem at this location, but everything about my experience yesterday was wrong. The tracker on the app said my order was ready. I went in to get it and they said it wasn't ready and had just came out. After waiting and what looked like the workers trying to figure out the orders, I finally received mine. I wish I would've checked it before I left, but I was tired from work and just wanted to get home. When I did get home I discovered both pizzas were pie cut instead of square like I requested. Also, they weren't well done like I requested. For both pizzas I only wanted jalapeños on half, one had jalapeños on the entire pizza. The other pizza they piled a bunch of jalapeños on on some slices and then a few barely had any. For almost $45 I expected a better experience.
Ordered pizza during operating hours. Tracked pizza on app and it said order was complete but pizza never arrived. Called location to rectify and no one answered or attended call. Never again. Too many other places in area to ever deal with this again.
Love ordering from the Domino's. They are always friendly, professional, and very quick with my orders. We eat a lot of dominos, from all over the country, and this is one of the absolute best dominos pizza I've ever had.
I don't see why I'd order again considering I could get authentic pizza from a local Italian pizza place for the same price. $1.50 for a small cup of dipping sauce, They always skimp on the pizza suace , and my order of one 12" pizza took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver from less than 2 miles away. Very unimpressed with the qaulity and pricing for a national chain. Again I don't see why I'd order from Dominos again when I can get actual pizza from a local joint delivered faster for the same price
Placed an order for delivery at 11:20 pm. They took the order knowing they couldn't deliver it and waited till 11:58 to cancel it instead of calling to let me know. If you don't have drivers then don't take orders.
Can't get an order right. On multiple occasions they have put various toppings on a cheese pizza.
