The sandwiches were really good . The customer service was really bad .The drive-through lady was really rude and had a tone with everything I said . I said can I get the BLTA with no Mayo and she said it comes with no Mayo with a a big tone it says Mayo on the menu

Absolutely one of the better sandwich shops in the area. I recommend the Italian. Make it a Big.

I enjoy eating at potbelly - I like the pairs. A half sandwich and half salad really hits the spot. The restaurant gladly customize my order - ingredients added to the sandwich and extra salad dressing.

This store is always on time with your order, always correct & on point. Hopefully they don't do "funny" stuff to their Chili cuz I've been killing cups lately. Lol

Ordered Mediterranean with no chicken. Bluck! Never going back. Wonder what else has snuck into the sandwich.

Smells really good as soon as you walk in. We ate there for the first time and it was way better than we expected. Bread is amazing, both of our sandwiches were really good. Soup was amazing, workers were helpful and patient. All around good place. We will be back

My broccoli souo was on point. But gave me the wrong sandwich someone needs to mark the meat don't know turkey from Chicken or ranch from mayo but my soup ill go back n try again .
