5/2/22 - service today was okay, at first they said they were out of both lettuce and fajita vegetables. However I looked over on the food line for takeout orders and there was lettuce and I asked if I could have some and they said yes. Then a minutes later the guy who made my burrito bowl today said that they found some fajita vegetables and he provided a side order of those to me. I don't know how it happened but I'm glad I could get lettuce and fajita veggies today. I don't know if this restaurant will continue to be fully stocked. I hope they do. 4/11/2022 - 4 star rating - what a difference a month makes! Today I ordered a burrito bowl and it was lovely and delicious. There were plenty of fajita vegetables and this had to be the most staff 7 people I've seen at this store in a while. Thank you everybody who works here for the good hard work that you did today. I hope this level of service stays. 3/8/22 - 3-star rating, One of the items I ordered today was a burrito bowl with double chicken and extra Fajita veggies only. The chicken portion was fine. The fajita veggies were not enough see pics. Two days ago I came here and ordered at the counter. There were no fajita vegetables available at all. This restaurant seems to not be able to consistently deliver on the Chipotle brand. I've come here other times and had other unavailable items. For example today this location shows several of the lifestyle bowls as temporarily unavailable through the online ordering portal. i Maybe it's a product and employee shortage or its inflation or something. I don't know why each time I go here there's something that is not quite right. Features: Hand sanitizer was stocked also
I come here all the time and it has always been great but this last time a manager made my order and it seems like he was trying to save money by shorting my order. My order always fills the bowl but this time it was only 3/4 full. For $10 dollars it should at least fill the bowl. The folks ahead of my all got a good portion, I would say heaping but not me. I really like the food here but I wasn't satisfied at all with my latest experience. Picture with one bowl is what I got, picture two is what others got and I usually get. Really disappointed. Oh, and he didn't put any sour cream on either.
Ordered through the App and had it delivered. I cannot recommend ordering from this location based on my experience. The order was delivered at the stated time and was generally correct. My complaint is the portion size, see the attached photos. For what I paid thos was a total rip-off. When you order in person I feel you get a better product. Plus it was cold, 1 star.
I truly do love Chipotle, i normally always get a bowl. This is good for something quick & on the go. Sometimes it’s a line but it moves at a steady pace. I don’t recommend going after a certain time though, like 8 or 9ish because they’re always out of something around that time it never fails. Whether it’s cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or a meat. Customer service is friendly at times.
We visited at 1:30 in the afternoon and it was moderately busy. They were almost out of both rice options and had no onions or peppers for options. I guess the kitchen was getting them ready, but that forced them to skimp on all the ingredients, including meat, resulting in a $10 meal HALF full. Very disappointing. The whole restaurant was very trashy and unclean also. Not going back.
I am a delivery driver. I’m standing here in the restaurant currently with about 15 other people waiting for to go orders. My order was supposed to be ready over 40 minutes ago. They have ONE person working the to go area today. I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence but unfortunately this is basically how it is every time I take an order to this location. I do not get paid to stand around. I don’t care what you have to do but could you please get it together???
We arrived here and the guy making our food was doing really good and very attentive towards us. However not so of the other staff, they wouldn’t check us out or help the guy on line , one lady was just sweeping and didn’t cash us out at all. We waited probably 10-15 mins, until someone finally cashed us out. Just very slow, I give kudos to the guy on the line, he was doing very good at his job and trying his best with having a big line. Also to add the restaurant is very dirty tables are dirty and the trashes are full and nothing is wiped up or stocked.
Out of all of the Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to before, this is by far the worst one. If you are looking to get your food in a reasonable amount of time, do NOT go here and absolutely do NOT order online. There is only one person doing online orders at a small station that is often slower than the walk-in line. I’ve been to this Chipotle on two occasions both of which I ordered online and arrived at my designated pick-up time, where the walk-in line has been out the door. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my order both times, but the individuals at the end of the walk-in line have gotten my food BEFORE me. Not only that, but our order had the wrong entree in it all together. Then trying to get it corrected resulted in waiting an additional 15 minutes. That is a ridiculous system where they do not prioritize the online orders despite them ordering ahead of time - it defeats the purpose of the order ahead all together. On our first visit, we observed first-hand that the manager attempted to assist the other staff, but was asking CONSTANT questions on how to make various items. Their effort was appreciated, but the consistent questions and lack of knowledge actually slowed down the whole process even further. The manager also got upset and angrily stormed off after not being able to successfully assist. On our second visit, we also overheard various staff members state that the manager now refuses to assist with various tasks when they are busy. We even saw the manager completely leave the restaurant during a surge of online and walk-in customers. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if my experience was poor once, but the fact that it happened multiple times showed me that this was a pattern. The only reason I give this review two stars instead of one is for the effort that the current non-managerial staff is putting into making the food. Thank you for your work. However, new management is DEFINITELY needed before I will even consider eating here again.
Store opens at 10.45am. This was my first visit due to tv ads about the steak salad. I was informed immediately that all of their food was NOT ready. Upon ordering the steak salad I was them informed the steak would be ready in 45 minutes plus. Asking for a courtesy cup for water, "we don't have courtesy cups", service person walked away. If you open your doors for business, you should be open for business....not excuses. Upon calling customer service, "I'll call the store and inform them". They did not ask my name, number or email. No co cern for the customer.
Flint store absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! None of employees smiled or said hi. They all looked miserable and like they didn't want to be there. Asked line girl for Chips and salsa, she got salsa. Left food there, didn't tell cashier done with my order. Cashier went to back came back up and waited. Finally asked if my order was done. Line girl said yes. Cashier asked anything else. I said no. She rang me up. I looked in bag no chips. I told Cashier I asked for salsa and chips. She gave attitude said no you didn't. I said yes I told line girl. She said that isn't how it works. Well, then line girl should of told either Cashier that I wanted them or that I had to tell Cashier.
