I love Panera for lunch! Great tasting food friendly service! I love to get the roasted turkey avocado BLT and broccoli cheddar soup, that is my favorite! I love their unsweetened tea with a shot of strawberry mint lemonade, so good!Food: 5/5
In two weeks time I have gone through the drive-thru, both times I ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The first time I did not receive any dressing for my salad. The second time the dressing was not the right dressing for my salad. I called to complain and I was told the next time I come in make the manager aware of what happened. I said no I really need to address this with a manager, I was told that he was busy. Miller Rd location I will not patronize anymore. Customer Service is very poorly.

You can’t beat Panera for great coffee and vegan oatmeal with pecans and strawberries! Bounds: almond milk to pour over your oatmeal. Friendly staff and convenient location near highway.
I am soooo done with this location. In the past I’ve had many orders made wrong but today I’m furious idk what kid behind the scene thought this was funny but there goes 12 dollars
Had a mishap with my breakfast sandwiches where they were cold and the incorrect egg was used. TT Evie who was an amazing manager. She was so pleasant and nice and offered to remake my sandwiches herself. I love the customer service and she deserves a raise. Great customer service
I had a hot tea and a chocolate chip muffin. It was awesome like usual. The service was top notch, friendly and quick. Also nice and clean. Easily a favorite of mine Food: 5/5
I wasn't aware that business was so poor that this location cannot afford to give their guests napkins when they go through the drive thru. I should have realized perhaps when the size of the baguettes that accompany the soup shrank that they were in trouble. If Panera bread cannot afford to give you a decent sized piece of bread to go with your soup then things must really be bad. I wonder when they are closing.
The staff was very courteous and helped me correct my order when I ordered something that ended up being out of stock. I highly recommend the drink sip club! The selections available are amazing! Bakers dozen bagel tuesday is also a must! Though I stopped in this week to find my bagel order potentially stolen, the staff immediately rectified the situation by generously replacing and refunding the order. They were incredibly sweet and kind about the entire situation. I really appreciated it!
I'm not crazy about the French onion soup it sure would go a long way if you added a slice of cheese and put it under the broiler even with no croutons just doesn't seem to be french onion soup the cheddar and broccoli was good as always and the tuna fish rocks the house don't know what you do to it but the bread it is one of my favorite places to come with my girlfriends for lunch. And anxious to try the bagett
