McDonald's

Called in around 21:30 and wasn't very busy inside yet took ages to get served then waited over 20 mins for a small order. Was really messy and dirty inside all tables really dirty and litter all over the floor, seats, and tables had to get some napkins and clean a table myself to sit at. No issues with the food once it arrived except for dips missing from the order.

Just ordered off Uber eats and ordered a large chicken legend meal with a wrap and nuggets. everything in my order was correct but not the drink. I got given a medium chocolate milkshake instead of the large banana milkshake I ordered. I don't understand I would of ordered a meal as a large and get a medium drink. I was charged £2.09 for the large drink and got a medium. I called the store and said i can't have the drink refunded unless I'm come to the store with evidence. they also said its uber eats fault for getting the order wrong. absolutely ridiculous. Also didn't get the dips I ordered for my nuggets.

Most of the time I use the drive through, but on occasions I do sit in. It's always very clean and staff are very polite. Most of the time the food is very fresh and you may have a short wait .. but its worth it. The one star off is because I can't always get a milkshake as the machine is not working or being cleaned. It's definitely one of the better McDonald's.

I went to the Chester branch at 6am… no milkshakes, so I drove all the way to Flint and same again…and the drive thru was closed! I’m fuming! I’ve heard the rumour about them not serving milkshakes as they don’t like having to clean the machines??? Disgraceful!! Left empty handed so went to Burger King and they were spot on

Fast food restaurant seems to struggle with concept of fast food. Neither going in or drive through are worth the wait for what y get. Although food it's self is OK not always hot but still a regular macs meal.Food: 3/5

Service has gone slow recently but food is same as always. Seem to run out of porridge too often and that is my go to breakfast.Food: 4/5

Ordered 2 large meals, burgers came and one correct drink. The other drink was wrong and they didn't give us our fries. Realised when we got home.Food: 2/5

Once again they have disappointed us by delivering the wrong order opposed to the freezing cold meal we received last time. They never answer the phone to deal with your issue and seem reluctant to give a refund. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

Very busy but the ladies cleaning tables and bringing table service were very fast!

Went through the drive-through and asked for 2 big tasty with bacon meals. I got an ok as a response, not asked what drinks we wanted had to tell him, after paying and receiving out meals we found we had been given big tastys without bacon and unsalted friesFood: 2/5
