Posy Nail Spa

My regular nail salon was fully booked so I decided to check this place out. Do not come here for a nail service unless you have a go-to person. The lady who did my manicure was suuper nice but she had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask her coworker to come help shape/file my nails because she didn't know how to do coffin shaped nails. Actually handed me the nail file at one point haha… this actually wasn’t a problem at all. However, at the end i was left with streaky and bumpy nails. Have never had this happen at any nail salon before…. One of the ladies handed me the pos machine to pay because they were closing up which is normal. However, the part that was abnormal was them not breaking down the cost of the service for me and my friend. After asking, they handed me the price menu and I asked them to breakdown the total for me. They got our services completely wrong and even added a service to my friend’s bill. The girl apologized and went back to counter and rang up a new total. Honestly, the only reason I left a tip after this experience was because the lady who was doing my nails was very kind but my advice is to please provide staff with adequate training before letting them work. The funny part is when we left, my friend told me they tried to charge the couple beside us a higher amount too and they had to repeat themselves a few times. Girls Don’t waste your Money! the girl who did my nails didn't know what she was doing . My nails look thick and the badly applied acrylic ! : I'll have to take them off and put new ones ! The worst service honestly. Don’t come to this place girls!!!

I really unhappy with the service. First of all master was rush like she was later or something. I even asked her doesn't be rush. Second all my nails was different shape and I asked like 4-5 times make it in one shape but still. When she done it all my nails edges was sharp and rough and , I just took nail file and finished by myself. And finally today is just 3d day I get nails on Friday evening and it starts pulling off. So i am really disappointed!

I had one of my best manicure experiences here with Teresa. I was worried as my nail got thin after a long time of having gel polish on them but she was very gentle and she took her time to remove my previous gel very gently. I highly recommend her and will definitely go back to her.

I used to love this place but I had to stop coming here after getting a nail fungus on two separate occasions. The second time I ended up losing two toenails I am 100% sure I got the nail fungus here the second time because I got a pedicure here, and then when I went to get it redone 4 weeks later and they took off the old nail polish we discovered the nail fungus. But they proceeded to complete my second pedicure anyway. I didn’t realize how contagious a nail fungus was until I got home and looked it up. I don’t think they should have completed my pedicure. They should have sent me home to treat the fungus and come back when it was gone. I should also mention that I had never had a nail fungus in my life until coming to Posy Nail Spa.

Worst service ever I even told them I will never come back to this place ever. I’m a bride and I have my wedding in 8 days, I called them to book appointment and I told them it’s for wedding. I came I showed them my nails first thing when I entered the place , because I know my nails need extension, then they started with my toes. I showed them 2 pictures and I told them do what you think It will work on extension and gel . All of a sudden they said we have to wait for technician that does extension, and when she came she said I don’t have time and I have another client. My wedding in 8 days and I’m so tight with time !!!!! So frustrating!!! They didn’t even do proper pedicure for me !!! I don’t recommend this place ever ever ever Plus they told me they have waxing, but when I went there they said it’s at the other location.

Got my Gel-X extensions done by Jane yesterday, she has done an exceptional job, very knowledgeable and patient. I love but hate the fact that she is so good at it that Im now addicted, love ya Jane, you are the best!~

I edited my review as got the best customer service from posy nails. After posting a negative review last night about my nails they contacted me right away and booked me an appointment this morning to fix my nails. Jenny at Pacific location did a fantastic job fixing my nails and the staff was so nice and welcoming. they also gifted me a very nice lotion for my hands. I really appreciate for follow ups and your amazing customer service. Thanks you. see you in 3 weeks for refill. :
