I injured my foot the night before my pedicure appointment and I was thinking I’d have to just get one foot done lol, but Laila was very understanding and patient and found a way to work around my bandage being very careful, and it looks great!  I also had a manicure with Anna. I have very small fingernails and dry skin on my hands from working outdoors and I usually get comments from manicurists about how bad they look and they usually do not do a good job in other places I’ve been to small fingernails are harder to work with - not here! Anna was very kind and meticulous, this was the best manicure I’ve ever had.  The salon is also very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I don’t like giving negative reviews but unfortunately I have to. Paid $60 for a regular shellac manicure that was neither shaped well nor applied well. I emphasized before picking the colour I wanted a glossy finish. It wasn’t glossy. I told the girl several times that the shaping of some of my nails were uneven but then I got tired after realizing she just couldn’t do it well. The polish wasn’t applied properly and the ends were not fully covered. A few hours after my manicure there were already flaws in the finish! The shellac didn’t last one full day! I had to go to a completely different nail salon later to fix it. The second salon couldn’t believe that my nails were freshly done. This was by far the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Avoid.

I came here for a manicure as a treat after moving & spending a week packing & unpacking boxes, carrying heavy boxes, etc. When I showed up,  my nails & hands were a mess, and Cristine made them feel soft & pampered! I loved my manicure—Cristine was friendly & professional, & my nails look great. Will definitely come back!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

First time trying out this salon. I thought it was nice and clean. The nail techs however didn’t talk very much, myself and my friend still had some dirt left underneath a couple toes after our pedi, which was not great. Would possibly try again but prefer my usual spot

If I could give ten stars to Laila I would. She gave my daughter a kiddie manicure and was the kindest, sweetest and most patient person. It was such a fun experience and I highly recommend booking in with her. She’s professional and does an excellent job and is just an all around great person.

Great location! Very clean and organised. I’ve been to The Ten Spot twice for a Brazilian wax and sadly it’s very dependent on the aesthetician. Reese Lee was very professional, precise and friendly-no complaints. However, Mackenzie, while very friendly and polite, did not do a thorough job. I prefer warm/soft wax but she insisted she was only trained to use hard wax. She proceeded to leave hard wax pieces on my skin as well as a lot of broken hairs. So much so that I had to shave after to even out the work. Disappointing experience because I love the establishment in general.

I had the best laser therapy session with Laila today! She was very professional,empathic and managed to calm my anxiety which made my experience very pleasant.
