I have been lucky to have been going to Amy for over 10 years. She is caring, flexible, professional, and I find her mani/pedis last longer than at other salons. The salon is grounding, the perfect place to go alone or with friends!

The owner is always there and her focus is always ensuring that an excellent job is done. It is a relaxing atmosphere and great for a group as well as just one. I am very picky about my mani pedis and have been going to PNB ever since it opened.

The lady who did our nails was very, very rude. She yelled at the other employees and made it very awkward for the customers. On top of that, she yelled at her bird the whole time saying "im going to beat your butt." Also, the manicure was terrible and very short. The whole time, we couldn't wait to leave.
