Heavy gluten free food but good quality. They sell freshly made and well as frozen

Great gluten free bakery. Their bread is the closest to regular bread and they offer a variety of other baked goods.

Go here mostly for the Frozen section. be prepared for very high prices. The staple bakery items (fresh) are closer to "normal" prices but still on the high side.  I guess this is normal for a niche market? Good place to check for very specialized for needs for dupes of "regular" foods.

We've been Paleo for a while now and been going without desserts - until my birthday in October. I was surprised with the most amazing cake!! I have never had such a delicious cake in my entire life! And it was vegan and allergen-free. My in-laws shared it too, and they couldn't believe it was vegan. Since this first experience we've gotten 2 more cakes! The extra workouts are totally worth it:)

Absolutely love the Gluten Free Carrot cake! Excellent shop/bakery in Guelph .  Customer service and knowledge of various dietary restrictive diets is wonderful!
