11/10 would recommend this vet. Everyone that works here is god sent this specific vet volunteered their time, energy and money to do vaccinations, nail trims and flea and tick medicine at the holy trinity church in welland for FREE... I'm currently experiencing a bit of homelessness right now due to the cost of things and not having much support at home from growing up in foster care, so I took my dogs there and they saw my boys ear aural hematoma and immediately booked him in with the vet. What would have been $1000 that i couldn't afford was free out of the kindness of their hearts all cause they saw my situation. It's not just a business for them. The vet even came in early before her shift to help us. My normal vet is in welland but I will be switching asap. The women that work here are angels and I can't thank them enough they went above and beyond and helped me when I was down all for the sake of my dogs. That's what it is for them it's all about the animals. 11/10 would recommend!!!!! Everybody come here these lovely ladies dont get enough praise
All of the staff here are great! They helped us through a difficult time when we had to put our old girl down, and seemed genuinely happy for us when, months later, we came in with a new puppy! I will never go anywhere else.
Very caring staff. Knowledgeable and through. We recently had two of our pets reach the end of their lives and this hospital staff did a fantastic job caring for our pets while being considerate of us as well. They never push you into extra tests which are admittedly expensive. DR. Saxon Buri is such a caring person, she did her best to help our pets and when it came time to say goodbye to them two older cats, you could feel her empathy and see that it was real. She even remembers previous pets we have had over the years. I can't say enough about how good we feel about having brought our pets here for care.
Vet is always gentle with my animals and always very nice. I never feel like a bad pet parent or pressured to pay for more tests/treatments.
Great staff. They take care of your pets like they were there own.
If you are planning a visit to this clinic, be warned that their prices are unjustifiably high. Dr. Locking is an amazing vet. The support staff and technicians are usually very helpful but can sometimes be pushy and incredibly rude. I would not recommend the clinic, purely because there are many clinics in the area that offer the very same quality of care for your pets at a much more reasonable cost.
I was not there for a happy event as unfortunately I had to have my 14-year-old dog put down. That being said they were so wonderful there I have no words to describe it. They were full of compassion and care and took very good care of our doggo.. I'm so thankful we have them here in Port Colborne. I also have had her here before and they're great at keeping dogs healthy too
Words cannot even express how amazing Dr. Locking is, as well as the entire staff. Caring, kind and extremely compassionate, I would not take my dog anywhere else. No surprise costs, always straight to the point, and just wonderful to deal with, both initially as a new client and with my pups ongoing treatment.
