This Veterinary Clinic is usually very busy but that's because it is one of the best vet clinics around! I've been going to this Clinic for many years now and I have never experienced any problems. The doctors here are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and there's no "trying to rush you thru". I live in Niagara-on-the-Lake and I travel to Thorold to get to this Veterinary Clinic and I will continue to do so because as far as I'm concerned it is one of the best clinics around!!

After years of quality care I went in to have my old dog euthanized.  The staff were amazing - compassionate, caring, clear. It is a wonderful place.

VERY FRIENDLY,COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS VETERINARY CLINIC;CHEAPER PRICES THAN ANY OTHER'S I'VE LOOKED INTO...BEEN BRINGING MY  "FELINE FAMILY"  HERE FOR YEARS;I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM,AND I'LL NVR GO ANYPLACE ELSE...NVR!!!

All the staff are fantastic. Rachel who is our vet is the best. She takes her time with your pet. She gives you plenty of information on the vaccinations/ procedures
