I don’t even know what to say about Fallsview Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Adel was absolutely amazing he Explained everything to us, and we were very happy with the results and visit. The Clinic team gave us peace of mind with the treatment and instructions to follow during the next couple of weeks and everyone at the clinic was so kind. Everyone made us feel comfortable. We are so blessed to be able to have our Frankie looked after by this team. Truly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for being kind and showing compassion. Means the world to us. We are very pleased with Fallsview Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Adel is very professional, thorough and informative. He has been very compassionate and friendly with our new puppy. The office staff is very efficient and friendly. The clinic has good spacious clean rooms and staff take care that appointments and animals aren't overlapping.

We've had an excellent experience so far with Fallsview Veterinary Clinic. Our Shorkie had a sore spot or lesion just under her eye. She was always pawing at it. We took her to see Dr. Adel, and right away he knew it was an abscessed tooth. He started her on a course of antibiotics and it cleared up quickly, but we knew it could come back so we booked her for a dental cleaning and tooth extraction if necessary. They found the one tooth that had the issue and removed it today, and tonight our dog seems just fine. Dr. Adel and his staff are top notch in my opinion. They explained everything thoroughly to us and there were no hidden or extra costs. When we call for an appointment they always answer the phone, which has not been our experience with other vets. We will continue to take our dog there for her health care, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Adel has been taking care of our dogs for YEARS. He is knowledgeable and friendly with very fair prices. We also get a multi pet discount which I've never had anywhere else. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

That staff is amazing. I trust Dr. Adel and his staff. To provide only what our girl needs .keep up the great work. Thank you for all you do.

I can't thank Dr. Adel enough for taking our fur baby in last min for a 2nd opinion on his health. Teddy had a bacterial infection attacking his liver and was denied at an emergency clinic and said he looks like he ate cannabis, took him to his regular vet the next morning who pretty much was writing him off, saying there was no guarantee that he would get better and to make a decision now. Dr.Adel looked at him , gave him antibiotics , meds to go home with and a special diet for a week with instructions for home care. A week later and our boy is back to his normal goofy self and we couldn't be more happy Dr. Adel is worth his weight in gold, truly an angel . The staff there are also absolutely amazing, a great team caring for our fur babies. Thank you for taking Teddy on as your patient and having faith that he would recover. Highly recommend

After the administration of 3 continuous doses of the same antibiotics, 6 unsuccessful collection attempts cystogenesis, and no next step recommendations over a span of 4 months, I finally decided that I would get some additional help from another clinic. On the very first visit, after fully emptying bladder, the new clinic was still successful in obtaining the sample cystogenesis. After getting the answers I needed, I decided to return to my original clinic. Upon a phone conversation with a rude employee, I was denied as a customer looking to buy my veterinarian prescribed food. I was shocked and decided to call a clinic around the corner from me, having no association as a customer, was able to purchase my veterinarian prescribed food with no troubles. If your clinic cannot successfully help a patient and the patient decides to go elsewhere to seek additional expert advise, it would be appreciated that you support that patient regardless of the outcome. My dog is finally better, no thanks to your clinic. And the refusal of purchasing food to aid in my dogs health is absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning to this practice, ever!

There are no words to express the gratitude we have towards Dr. Adel and his staff. We were lucky enough to only visit with his practice on rare occasions but every time his professionalism was outstanding, just to mention couple of instances when other cabinets no names are necessary trying to squeeze everylast dollar from you with unnecessary investigations and products this practice kept it simple and honest with minimal invasion and great results. If all the doctors in the world would be at least half as dedicated, honest, genuine as Dr Adel is we all would live in a better world! I wish I could give more stars!

If you want the best then look no further . We drive just over 2 hours each way to see doc Adel and his team at falls view. Over the years have bin to different vetarians and hospitals but this doc and his team are what everyone needs . The explanations the passion .respect and the list goes on .is top notch .God bless you and thank you for what you do for everyone.

Dr. Adel is the best vet around, he cares so much and he is so sweet with our baby, and with us as well. I recommend him to everyone I see!!
