Super convenient to use and access when need. The place is clean and very well up kept. Barb is vary polite and easy to deal with helps select the size of space that best suits my needs. Got back to me fast when I did have questions. Would recommend to anyone.
It was with some trepidation that we approached the transition from Parry Sound Storage to Apple Self Storage - Port Carling. Our initial fears were unfounded as the change in ownership for the Parry Sound location has only brought improvements. Barb runs the operation in a very professional manner and is always looking for better ways to do things. She responds to communications quickly and is readily available. I look forward to many more years using their well cared for facilities.
Apple Self Storage has been a great solution for the Muskoka Lakes Chamber as we serve people all across our region so it’s a central location for us. Plus, Barb has added value, even suggesting ways we might be able to use our unit more efficiently. Thank you!
Prices have gone up significantly since I first started renting from them. There's a mandatory insurance fee now as well. I do like that it's close to my home if I need to get anything out though. The price "is what it is I guess" Everything has gone up lately.
Facility is well kept and an outstanding staff who are easily reachable and go out of their way to assist where they can makes it easy to recommend Apple Self Storage!
