Gordon Bay Marine

I have dealt with Gordon Bay Marine for many years and I would not go anywhere else. I have bought a few boats from Taylor M and he is always a great guy to deal with. 5 stars for Sales and Service!!

Wonderfully helpful staff! Our boat was out of gas, and unfortunately because we have an old vessel, the gauge didn't read properly. However, a possibly frustrating situation was quickly solved and we couldn't have been happier with our experience :). I've been coming to my cottage by way of Gordon Bay since my first summer as a baby! I hope for many more years of summer with this marine :)

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 years ago I purchase a used Whaler and I was treated like I had just bought a $100k boat. they went above and beyond.This year when i was looking for a new "cross over boat" to replace my direct drive i went right back to Jim at Gordon Bay. to start the 20VTX is a great boat. I'm a die hard skier and read every review and went thru all the chat rooms. its a great open water boat when you move away from direct drive and at a push of a button we are all surfing. I had one issue to deal with, no fault of the dealer, and they did all they could to work it out for me. Not every issue will be solved as easily or as timely but i truly believe they will always do their best and the sales and after sales experience is second to none. My malibu is great and so is the team at Gordon bay

What an environment! Worst customer service as we live near Gordon Bay and my family went in for an ice cream, got served and we were waiting to pay before a group came in and just received service before us I had to but in and say "excuse me but I'll be paying before you." I've also been watching them drive a donzi around the lake and I get you have to drive it but there's test driving and then there is joy riding and this was joy riding ! Gordon Bay is overpriced and rude , if you want to enjoy your time and receive good service head over to The Cove Marina ! Don't give your money and expensive boats to Gordon Bay. Thanks.

Gordon Bay Marine has great customer service. Also, they have good Marine suppliers for your water and land experiences. Top that off with Marine Service and Parts and you have it all
