I recently visited the Popular pizza store in Waterloo area, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly customer service. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. The pizza options are really impressive, with a variety of Indian styles, toppings, and side snacks like panzeroti, chicken wings and french fries. I was particularly impressed with the selection of vegetarian options, which is something that is hard to find in a pizza store. The pizza tasted fresh and delicious, and I could tell that they used high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere of the store was great and inviting, and I could tell that the staff genuinely cared about providing a great customer experience. I was honestly surprised at how well the store was run and the level of customer service that was provided. I would highly recommend this pizza store to anyone looking for a delicious and top-notch pizza experience. Their quality and service are second to none, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

One cannot forget the tandoori chicken pizza that’s made here. It’s scrumptious, rich in taste and makes you crave for more. Don’t feel guilty if you finish a large pizza in one go. It’s normal. Lol. Try it out. You’ll thank me later.

There was a time this Pizza place was my go-to spot but unfortunately, it's now become one of the places that I'd wish to give negative stars! We ordered Butter Chicken Pizza & Cheese Sticks recently and the experience was awful! The Cheese sticks were cold and tasteless. The Pizza was cold too but the worse part was the bland tastless Chicken. There was basically no salt I think. The Chicken also seemed smelly and stale. The quality has gone down so bad at this place. The flavors are no longer the same either. Not sure what has changed but I am definitely not going back here again!

Posting after the second incident. This was my go to place all the time. Ordered baked fish and wings for the second time and no dipping sauce. Delivery more than an hour but that’s okay busy and everything. The fish is cold and wings are absolutely disgusting! Delivery person won’t pick up calls. Customer service wont transfer to the store and then hung up.

Recently, I ordered lunch from Popular Pizza at 330 Philip Street North #4, Waterloo, ON, N2L 3W9. This quaint pizzera is known for its unique pizza toppings including butter chicken, tandoori paneer, and shahi paneer, along with the newly introduced heavenly milshakes! Let’s get on with what I ordered! I ordered a small build-your-own pizza that I topped up with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, tandoori paneer, green olives, and black olives. For a delicious side-dish, I ordered cheese sticks with a cheddar and jalapeno dip. Despite ordering the smallest size, the portion sizes given were huge, with a satisfying taste that stayed with me the whole afternoon! The pizza was a perfect combination of Italian and Indian flavors, making me nostalgic for home, while the cheese sticks paired with the cheddar and jalapeno dip emulated the description of delectable and satisfying! Ever since I began university, Popular Pizza has been one of my go-to places for pizza, especially if I am in the mood for desi flavors! It is definitely the perfect spot to go for a meal with your friends with relatively inexpensive prices, a delicious taste, and wonderful customer service. Must try indian style pizza, good priced and staff finds the best deals for you.

I love their pizza and everything but this is the third time they forget to add a dipping sauce in my delivery order ! We really get disappointed after the order arrives ! What's the point of getting such good pizza if you don't get the dipping sauce ! Also this very obvious hair in the pizza ! Again I love their pizza and I will keep ordering in the future because their pizza is somewhere my comfort food ! Let's just hope this doesn't happen again !

Best pizza Ever. If you are looking for something Indian taste on pizza you are at perfect place. Don't forget to get fresh green chillis on your pizza. Thank you for delicious tandoori Paneer pizza.

Very very poor quality chicken pizza… all I could taste is bread and very thick bread. Will never go back again. Fully cooked but tasteless.

If I can put no star that will be good. They don’t know how to do customer service. Forget my dip to gave after asking them they said they put it inside still no dip. Said no ginger… but they are putting every time. I am not the person who like to write bad review for any business or employee/s but they said come to the store to saw that they put ginger inside… so for all those 3 ladies who talked with me on phone and so much confirm that they didn’t put any please check the attach photos.. and these ginger pieces are from 3 slices only…
