Papa John's Pizza

Overall the pizza is better then the alternatives in the area. However, it is more expensive. Also one of the only places, which has stuffed crust. The only poor experience I have, is that the person working told me that the pizza comes with a free garlic dip, however no dip was found. I know that I could have returned for the dip but I live pretty far and ordered a take out, so going all the way back wasn't worth. Still am pretty sad that the dip mentioned wasn't actually there

I'd recommend everyone else reading this to not order from this place lest they cancel your order without your information just so they could have it themselves. After 2 hours they did not deliver my order. When I called they said my order has been voided from their side without my consent or any information given to me. I was told that they called me twice, however I did not receive any calls. The lady was not ready to hear my complain, from the first second till the last she kept repeating the same thing that I was called and then the order was voided. I asked her if I could speak, she once again repeated the same thing and cut the call. 2 hours of patiently waiting, even when the delivery time given was 45 minutes, and sending the wrong order to me, your team cut cancelled my ordered which was paid for, without my information. Pretty sure they ate the pizza which was paid for and had been waiting for literally 2 hours I have worked in this industry and know what happens to cancelled order, but never witnessed such a thing before. Also I'm pretty sure they'd think refunding the money is gonna make up for 2 hours of hunger waiting for your order to come.

Food was great, watch out for thier honesty. Original order was a 2 for 1 deal plus side nibbles. Thought price was high but I was ordering online so went ahead with order. Reviewed my bill next day and found I was charged for 2 pizzas. Called restaurant, they reviewed and agreed; gave me an equivalent store credit. No problem with that except they didn't happen to mention it was only good for 90 days keep in mind that this was my money that they actually owed me. I finally found this out only when I wanted to place another order. Called again, the employee who answered took all the details to forward to manager and made a commitment that the latter person would get back to me within 2 to 3 days. Again 3 months later and this has never happened. Moral of the story, if you like Papa John's enjoy thier food, just make sure for your own good to check your prices before saying yes to your order.

Never ever again!!! Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza was delivered cold, without a warming bag, the dough only partially cooked, and cheese in the crust was all congealed:.

First time trying it. I have to say the worst pizza I've ever had. Even the low quality pizzas stand above because of their affordability. Tasteless sauce, skimped on toppings and a huge crust that could've easily had more toppings coverage. Ps I love all pizza and hate giving bad reviews. Update: I'm changing my review because their customer service is very responsible and quick to reply. A very professional staff that is always trying to repair and mend their shortcomings. I'm very pleased with the remunerations. Mistakes happen :

Pizza came dry, low temperature with dry toppings. Barely any meat. Read many reviews saying Papa Johns pizza is really good, but now I’m disappointed. We ordered Philly steak, chicken and mushrooms but you can barely see any of the toppings on the pizza. Wings are pretty small. Overall, for that price the pizza and wings are totally not worth it. You’ll get way more value for the same amount of money at other places.

Tried Papa John's for the first time and now my taste buds have been spoiled. Delicious, hot, and flavourful. The only down side is now super cheap pizza just won't cut it for me. Awesome pizza, and loads of options.Food: 5/5

I decided to try this pizza place for the first time. I did a phone order for pickup during the early COVID times. They said they would call when ready. They never called and I received a cold pizza when I went in to pick up. The pizza had a flavour I have not experienced before. I don't know if I liked it or hated it. The garlic flavoured "dipping sauce" was a cup of yellowish oil. It was gross. That was the first and last time I ordered pizza from Papa John's.

Delivered to the wrong address & stopped answering the phone when trying to resolve the issue. Only once confronted face-to-face in store they remade the order
