Delicious pizza. Walked in for a slice, and was not disappointed. The restaurant is clean, and has decent seating. The staff were friendly, and polite. There was a good selection of slices available.
Re-posting after 1-year since looks like this post has been flagged- not sure if it is google or the store who is hiding my review but I will try again! I normally never write reviews online but after my sister's experience today I just had to. We ordered pizza today for my little brother's birthday and 80% of the pizza was burnt visibly and tasted. Like most pizza places, they quickly apologize and offer a replacement. After calling the main pizza nova calling centre they offered to make a replacement for pick-up the first lady I spoke to was a tad uninterested and not very nice, but I shrugged that aside, giving her the benefit of the doubt. So we decided to make the 15 minute drive again to pick-up a better pizza. My sister went down from the car to pick up the pizza and told a lady that was working there that she was here to pick up a pizza. The first thing she said to me was: "did you guys "drink" don't know if that was an english mistake or she was trying to taunt us the pizza?" She then said "I do not want to give you guys the pizza because you are lying and I cooked the pizza and it was not burnt." My sister at that moment was shocked and immediately told her not to call her a liar and exclaimed "do you really think I would come back and forth for a pizza?" My sister told her we do not live close by and she did not have that kind of time. Luckily we took pictures of the burnt pizza which she quickly showed to this lady. The lady got quiet when my sister showed her the evidence. All she could say to my sister was next time when you order to make a note that you want your pizza "lightly done"- my sister quickly told her that she shouldn't have to request for her pizza not to be burnt. Before my sister left with her pizza, she told her to "check it again" to see if it was a good. My sister did ask for the manager and she said she was the manager. So I guess the manager of this store does not care about customer service. Honestly I was so upset when my sister told me this happened as this is not how you treat a customer. We have ordered from other pizza nova locations and our pizza has always been cooked fine. I do not want to make assumptions, but my sister was from a visible religious minority group, so were are concerned this was a discriminatory target. To summarize, we are left upset instead of celebrating my little brother's birthday. We will be following up with customer service regarding this case as under NO circumstances is accusing your customer of LYING ok. We seriously did not think that advocating for a decent pizza considering that pizza nova is one of the most expensive pizza places in waterloo would cause this much trouble. Think twice before ordering from this location- there are plenty of great pizza places here in Waterloo. I have uploaded the pictures in case someone else thinks we are lying
Pizza is fine, but everytime, without fail, the drivers from this location fail to read the delivery instructions. What's the point of me typing them in at all? All I'm asking for is to not ring the doorbell!
Trust me, the best pizza I have ever had in Canada I recommend it to everyone.

The pizze are very good not too greasy and there's a good set of condiments to spice them up. They also have lasagna.Food: 5/5
Of all the pizza places I've been to, Pizza Nova is my favourite chain. They also got a new charcoal crust!
They make the best whole-wheat pizza. You have to try their whole wheat pizza with pineapple.Food: 5/5
The best pizza available near the University of Waterloo campus. The store has at-least 18 varieties of classic pizzas, 9 varieties of white pizzas, pasta and sandwiches and a wide variety of sides. My recommendation is to try the pizza with herbed olive oil.. it’s amazing and mouth watering
Got pizza takeout once, was fairly fast and tasted great!
