The food is pretty good but it worries me they don't have a soap dispenser in their bathroom. Makes me wonder if the employees are properly washing their hands before handling food. Also the gravy in my mashed potatoes was the same consistency of water

If all you want is chicken then this is a solid choice. Chester fried chicken is slightly better but... this location is convenient on North Reserve. The drive through is quick and easy. The interior clean but very "fast food joint". The prices are fair for chicken. I usually stop by for the 10 pieces for 20$ deal that happens pretty regularly. I have had nothing but solid good service from the staff who have always looked professional and clean.

I love the food, but every time I go, I never get what I want. They are always out of something. For example: I went a few days ago, I asked for a 3 piece platter with mild white meat and another with dark mild. They were out of white meat and dark mild. So instead I got two 3 piece platters with dark spicy. To top it off they were out of sweet tea. I get it, this happens, but when it's every time, it gets old.

Chicken is great, but overall food could use improvement. Biscuits are hard and salty. Cajun Fries are same as arbies in taste. Mash potatoes are good, mac and cheese are good

Very disappointed, service was poor at best. Chicken Nuggets were about the size of a quarter! Biscuits were dripping with oil. The same with the fries. Cole Slaw was Good! Too Bad that was all that was good. No plans of ever going back.
