The place is clean, almost all the time we've eaten here. The staff are friendly and we were always greeted. The restroom is always clean too which is extremely important for restaurants. We love the classic orange chicken and Beijing beef and all their menus with vegetables.

I have never given a negative review to any business until today. Ordered online. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins before i got to the window where I was told that half my order was no longer available and that I would need to order something else. When I asked for a refund, the rude employee told me they couldn't process a refund and I would have to wait 7-10 days for the money to go back on my card AND they couldn't give me a receipt for the refund. I decided to order something else and I waited another 10 min while they completely ignored me. Never in my life have I seen such poor service. The employees seemed vacant eyed, uncaring, and less than helpful. I will never return. Now I have eaten the food, I am waiting for the food poisoning to settle in. The food is just ok, nothing spectacular. Had I known, I would have driven the extra distance for better quality food and less stress.

Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store to pick it up 20 minutes later. The food wasn't even started! Had to wait another 20 minutes to prepare. And they were out of one of the entrees I ordered. I had to wait 20 more minutes for that. They helped 6 other customers while waiting for an online order. Never order online again, they suck! I didn't even get the sauce and chopsticks I put in the order. Panda express online takes so much longer than the drive thru.

Terrible service, closed early. Smart mouth punk working the drive through. Says time on website for store close wasn't their problem was regional mangers not them.
