These guys bent over backwards for us.  We had their new beef dip on our agenda for lunch only to learn they had run out.  Catfish was my husband's choice that day so he was good.  After learning they had run out of the beef dip I was so terribly disappointed.  We don't live in the US so Cracker Barrel is always somewhere we try and eat at because we know the food is always so good and so close to homemade, Cracker Barrel is on our travel agenda.  After ten minutes of agonizing over another choice on the menu the Manager came over.  The waitress had told him of my disappointment and he said they would put one together for me.  I was tickled and he said the meat has to marinate a certain amount of time so they called their Head Office and were told it could be served.  Wow!  We were thrilled and it was one of the best beef dips I have ever had.  Cheese grits were awesome too!  To have these people do what they did looking after us was a huge highlight on our trip!  Thank you Cracker Barrel store #407, Theresa and the wonderful Manager!  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband is allergic to gluten and requested his salad without croutons. When the salad came it had croutons and the waitress caught it. She asked if they could just be removed and we told her no because he has a severe allergy to gluten. She said she was sorry and would have them make a new salad. She returned within 2 minutes and said they had just given her the wrong salad she now had his without croutons. Since he was sick shortly after we left the restaurant we believe she simply removed the croutons from the original salad. My food was good, but I wouldn't eat there if you have a food allergy.

Super cool place with lots of great finds! Lots to look at with a cool selection that can be great for anyone. Food at the restaurant was amazing as well! A must to stop at for visitors!

Very friendly staff. They have an allergen menu and were very knowledgeable regarding gluten free and celiac. I had a rib eye steak, mashed, potatoes coleslaw and a small salad. It was delicious. We were given our check before we were asked if we wanted dessert and had to flag the waitress down to get Togo boxes otherwise it would be 5 stars.

We ate here last Wednesday - our first morning meal on the way out to CO and again today - our last evening meal on our way back home to Polson. Both times the service was fast and friendly, the food was excellent, and the facility was welcoming and clean. I love that we can have a taste of the South right here in Montana, like sweet tea, cheese grits, and cornbread muffins. And according to mom, the coffee and dessert cobblers are great! We will definitely make this our regular place to eat whenever we take a road trip.
