Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really love Popeye's food, when I have lived in Boise and Seattle I was a regular. I am not sure what is wrong with this location. The employees are lazy and they keep the lights off so you think they are closed. I went in tonight to order dinner. I was informed it would be a 30 minutes wait because they are so busy. No one else is here in the lobby or drive thru. I snapped a pic of this employee sitting down on her phone. I understand that maybe her social media would be more important than taking care of the customers. Popeye's Idaho Falls is a small town and with service like this I don't think you will last.

It was refreshingly different. The chicken was wonderful as was the small bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. First time going there. The atmosphere was quiet, for a Sunday evening it would be quiet, but it was a wonderful experience. Will go there again in the future.

Over priced for what you get. When they screw up your order they argue with you instead of correcting the problem. It's better to go to KFC save a bunch and get better service

Better than the last location I went to, but still lacking the true Popeye experience. Service was adequate(for fast food) but food wasn't on par. Seems weird since most the stuff is just reheated anyways, right? Proceed with caution.

Decent service but food was gross at best.. fries cold and bland.. mashed taters we're bad.. chicken was slimy and breading falling off... Definitely not coming back
