The service is always fantastic. The food is excellent as well. Not too pricey and great quality. Never had a bad experience. It's usually our family's go to. The eclairs or muffins are my favorite desserts. The pies are great as well. And they never leave you waiting too long for your food. They're hot chocolates are wonderful too. It can get a bit crowded, but never really too loud. They always make sure to accommodate my grandma who can't walk very well by getting her a close table.

Staff is always friendly, and are the type of people to remember customers and be happy to see them. It feels so friendly and welcoming to have a waiter or waitress greet you and ask after your family. The food is decent and reasonably priced but I think it's the atmosphere that draws me in.

We went in for brunch the other day and they brought out eggs instead of hash browns on my meal. I pointed it out to them and they quickly corrected the mistake. I also noticed a hair on the plate, so they brought me out a brand new plate and paid for my meal. I understand that mistakes happen, and was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they corrected them, especially during a busy time of day on a weekend. Five stars for the awesome service!

I've been going here for over 15 years now. I go about once every month, sometimes a little more. So I have had a LOT of experience with this Perkins location. Almost every time I have ever been in here, the service was good. Over the many years, I have occasionally run into a couple bad waitresses or hostesses, but nothing too horrible. 99% of the time the service is really good, and 100% of the time the food has been GREAT!!!! This really is one of the BEST places to eat in Idaho Falls. If you look at the other reviews on here, seems like almost 200 other Google users agree with me that Perkins is AWESOME!

Good portion size and delicious foods. The cinnamon roll French toast is a favorite of mine. Great home style food and good service.
