They are always super fast to get the food out to you, even when the restaurant is packed and busy. I love the blend of fast food style and restaurant style (drinks, silverware, and condiments are self-serve but they bring the food out to you in glass bowls and you leave them on the table when done). Pasta from around the world in every different style you can think of. Awesome restaurant!

My wife and I have always had great service and food provided for us at Noodles and Company. Truly, we haven't yet experienced anything bad. The service is wonderful and our food has always been brought out to us in less than 10-15mins without fail. The food is also delicious, too. I would highly recommend.

I love this crew! Even when I hadn't been in for months they remembered me and greeted me by name. They go the extra mile in service, they're always friendly and, of course, they make great food.

Wonderful cheap food, good to carb-loving visitors! The customer service at the Idaho Falls location are always very polite, and if you fill out the survey online each visit you get free appetizers of your choice. My wife and I love coming here for a quick bite! This isn't a "4 star" restaurant in terms of critical reviews, but for an everyday fast food, it's great.

The Mac and cheese for the kids is awful. The one thing you can make from the store and they can't seem to get it.
