Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am not typically one to poorly review an establishment however I felt my visit yesterday evening was worthy of one. My boyfriend and I came in to order takeout for dinner and were quite disappointed with the food. The lady at the front, Zenab, was very sweet and patient as we decided what to order. She punched in our order correctly and told us politely it would be a 15 minute wait 10:20pm. After waiting the 15 minutes 10:35pm we returned and were surrounded by 4 uber drivers, who were not kind to the staff and were obviously stressing them out as they shoved their phones in their faces. Earlier we had ordered an 8 piece tender meal and when we left, after waiting a little longer - which was no issue as we saw they were busy with uber orders 10:45pm - it wasn’t until we got home that we saw we were given someone on Ubers order. Not only did we receive the wrong food, but the chicken WINGS not tenders were extremely greasy and the fries were so stale they were inedible. They had also run out of biscuits we had ordered 2 instead of 4 for our specific meal so this wasn’t too big of a deal for myself as I do not eat them, however my boyfriend was upset about this. On top of this, we asked for all buttermilk ranch dipping sauces and received 3 and the other 3 sauces were of random selection. We did end up having to throw out the food, and we hate to waste, especially money in today’s economy but even more so food when it would have normally been eaten. All this to say, we were disappointed with the food and after spending $40 and waiting the little extra time, hoping to get our correct order, it was a shame that this was the situation as Popeyes is typically our go-to chicken spot when we treat ourselves. Not sure that we will be returning after tonight as the quality was vastly different than other locations.

I had a very disappointing experience with Popeyes Orleans. I placed an order for pickup Order #932 scheduled for 5:38 PM, and I arrived at 5:40 PM. To my surprise, my order was not ready and had not even been started yet. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes just to receive it.nnI understand that restaurants can be busy, but the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time. There was no communication about the delay, and no effort to prioritize pickup orders. This was especially inconvenient because I was picking up food for family and relatives, which made the long wait even more frustrating.nnBetter time management and customer communication are really needed. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from this location again.

Just excellent. You could hear the team chemistry working the orders. Everyone was active and Melissa service was awesome. To think i was told to wait 30 minutes for chicken to be ready at KFC moment before. Im glad i drove to this location. Thank you everyone.

I stood and waited for a few minutes before someone even came to the front, then when a lady finally did she was on her phone and looked extremely irritated. She was very rude in the way she spoke to me, and continued back on her phone for another 15 minutes after that while i was waiting. The gentleman that came up after her was great, super nice and respectful. Had to wait over 15 minutes for my food.

Great customer service. Gave me a clear breakdown of what menu options would suit me.
