Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Was craving some fried chicken while on the way from NYC to Rochester. Found this on the GPS, saw some colorful reviews, and thought "can't hurt to try". This place was great. Clean. Restrooms clean. Food was delicous. Chicken was amazing! Can't say it was in the most impressive part of town, but sometimes you have to go off the beaten track to get some good grub. We sat outside on the curb and ate our chicken, people of all walks of life walked by, nobody bothering, nobody bugging. It was good. Inside was clean, but had our dog with us, so we stayed outside, couldn't let her stay in the vehicle by herself while I enjoyed heaven... so we all enjoyed it together!

Quick service, good food, but occasionally receive an employee that seems to want nothing to do with their job.

This place takes forever! I mean 20 plus mins for what's supposed to be "fast food". Also half the time the chicken is not cooked all the way. There's a reason the place always looks dead.

Portions were very small. Overpriced for what you got. Connor staff seemed indifferent. Not a good deal for the money.

Legendary chicken tenders, especially the spicy variety! Great sides and decent beverage selection.
