Best chinese food I've EVER had.  Sweet & sour chicken is awesome.  Good portions.  Had my coworkers try it and they all agreed how good it is.

Driving down from Canada to NYC , decided to stop for some lunch. 
The foods pretty decent. One of the better Chinese restaurant in the USA.
We had the beef Ho fun, Kung pao chicken and mixed fried rice .

Ordered General Tao's chicken with vegetable fried rice and it taste like they put a whole jar of black pepper in it.

I would not even rate this as a 1 star yet could only comment if did so... The people were rude the food was most disgust Chinese food I've ever tasted and there was five of us that ordered we emailed them back about the issues got no response so called and the lady refused to listen and would not offer or even say an apology let alone offer any refund.  We even kept all the food to take back and she would not accept it.  Worse place ever in binghamton ny...
