Update: this place seems be getting worse and worse . They forget your sides or give you what ever they feel like giving you . They took off the rice and green beans which are two of the best sides . The food is not that fresh anymore for as long as you have to wait . Won’t return anymore they have burned me too many times and I’m tired of them not answering the phone when I call to complain about forgetting food I paid for !! F rating for sure its always fresh but you wait in line awhile !

Placed order online & picked up order. Fried Chicken was fresh & YUMMY. Cole slaw was delicious too. Next time I need to include red beans and rice in my order. Drive thru, in store dining and on-line ordering available. Special offers if you use their App or register for on-line account. Very easy to use. Give this place a try for mild or spicy chicken.

Only good popeyes in northwest Indiana.. I didn't see any rodents, place seemed clean from my view and they were not out of biscuits. The middle aged women who took my order was very nice and my order was correct. I do prefer the old Mac n cheese formula better thou. But that's headquarters decision.

Gotta say, my husband loves this place! This is his and my son's Friday night go-to dinner while I'm at work. There was an instance where he order all white meat in the drive thru, but upon receiving it it was mixed ya he's picky. The staff was super apologetic and gave him a new meal all white. Y'all made his night and restored his faith in humanity after a crummy work week. So thank you for making him happy and being the spot for a boys night out!

They had a chance to make it right and they didn't. Ordered 5 piece strips with a couple sauces it all came up on the screen I paid for it got my bag of food and went to my destination to eat it. When I got there 10 minutes later there were no sauces in the bag. Turned around 1210 minutes back went inside the store and said there were no sauces she even remembered my order and I said that now I've got cold chicken. She just handed me the sauces and walked away.

Horrible horrible customer service. Manager was up front working and getting an attitude and an wasnt looking at the orders correctly and was getting everyone's orders wrong including mine. I will not be going back should have walked out. Mine and my husband's food was cold. I also found a hair in my biscuit.

Very good bone in fried chicken, we had not had the bone in chicken only the tenders! I have to say that's all we'll be getting when getting Popeyes!Food: 5/5

It was our first time at Popeyes. We've never had the opportunity to eat here before. It definitely is a greasy spoon. Not at all healthy for you, but very tasty. Come here if you're taking the night off to treat yourself. The crew that works here is very friendly and helpful and recommended their favorites since it was our first time there. Super sweet people. And the restrooms very clean.

Went inside only a couple was in front of us.Stood there for 10 minutes or more and they had not been waited on.Those employees were just waiting on the drive through. We stayed and saw them waiting on 3 other people and hadn’t even waited on people in front of us. Well never go there again .Valparaiso’s Popeyes again. You need to get rid of mad management . Arrived to pick up online order and doors were locked. That was at 7pm. When the sign says open till 9pm. Had to go to drive thru which had 12 cars in line. Yes I counted them. Unacceptable.Then the order wrong. Food missing. Wont be going back again.
