Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst place ever. I purchased two bowls and The bowls weren't even filled halfway for $25 total ripoff. I will never ever ever purchase from Chipotle againFood: 1/5

Awful.. my husband and I placed a mobile order and showed up 5 minutes after our time. They completely forgot to make our order. That sucks on its own but what's worse is that the guy "in charge" didn't apologize, was totally rude about it even though it was their fault and problem, and didn't even offer us a discount or refund! Not a great environment overall.. we don't plan on coming back to this Chipotle.

I ordered from the Valpo location on Lincolnway through Door Dash. I ordered the Garlic Steak burrito bowl with extra steak, and chips and queso blanco. The steak was refrigerator cold. Wasn't even warm at all. The fajita veggies were raw and was not cooked at all. Raw as they would be when prepped for the day, at least they had the seasoning on them. The queso blanco cheese dip was barely warm, was not melty cheese at all, was clumpy and at the bottom of the cup was a bit cold. I love chipotle, and how I can get the bowl with just meat, cheese and veggies. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is very disappointing, especially when you spend over $25 for the bowl and the chips and cheese dip.

Placed an order on the app and was told would be ready by 10:50, but was alerted at 10:35 that it was ready. Walked in to get it, doors were unlocked. I wasn’t even aware what time they open just went by the app, figured it it wasn’t open then it wouldn’t let me order. Was told I could not grab the order until 10:45. Would have been nice if I could have just taken it since it’s ready and not wait an extra 10 minutes because it’ll get cold.

While the staff is nice, the quality and taste of food not so much. The cilantro lime white rice was cold clumpy and bland with barely any cilantro and NO lime. The carnitas were cold. The salsa verde green salsa had absolutely no flavor let alone spice. I’d rather drive the 30 minutes to Merrillville at least I know it had flavor. This is twice now at the Valparaiso location. I won’t be back a third.

I ordered a bowl and it was delicious until I bit into an onion and there was the sticker still on it. almost choked on it. Absolutely disgusted and will never be coming back. I would like a refund.

This is a clean establishment with friendly, efficient staff that always get your meal ready quickly. It's very convenient for a quick meal whenever I stop inFood: 5/5

My bowl was good. The server that prepared my bowl was great. My chips were stale, I threw the whole bag away. The counter was dirty, I offered to wipe it off so I could set my purse down to get my wallet out but the cashier denied that request and still did not wipe it off, so I just held it ‍

Originally 1 star : Delivery missed HALF of food order and the restaurant provided no communication or remedy at all. We paid for delivery then had to beg for our food from a chat bot bc restaurant refuses to help. Chat bot drops chat 3 times with no help given at all. Then we have to send an employee who we have to compensate for time and mileage to go to the location and beg again for our food. Now food is cold, other half still not received, office lunch ruined, no time to actually eat the food and Chipotle cares 0. Horrible setup by Chipotle Corp *Update was told that even though we ordered thru website Doordash missed the order AND cancelled it. DD has been horrible so that is why we hadn't gone thru them already. NOT chipotles fault but while they deliver thru DD bad experience.

Food is always fresh and taste great. But you will have to wait for someone to help 3-7min before they realize your standing there.
