Fresh and delicious food, sparkling clean, and amazing staff. This location never ceases to amaze me, my family, and friends each visit. The team is always ready to serve with a smile, happy to help with any questions or requests. Even when mistakes are made they are quick to resolve and very apologetic. I've never had a "bad quality" meal here and will visit whenever possible- keep it up y'all!!!
Fresh and delicious food , service was fast. I really like the new drive thru that they put in . It allows more cars to order and seems to move more smoothly . My go to favorite is the chicken strips and chili definitely my favorite . Only thing I am not a fan of is the paper number they stick on your mirror . They should take them back when they hand the order .
I’m gluten free due to celiac disease. I come to this Culver’s often as it’s one of the few fast food places I can eat at. Brandon and Fran are two employees there when I come in a lot of the time. They are both exceptional human beings. They both always remember my allergy and my name. They are both SO friendly and polite. When Brandon sees me coming through the door he already has the ‘gluten allergy’ typed up on the computer. It’s really awesome that such great people work here and care about their job and the service they provide. Everyone at this Culver’s seems great but Fran and Brandon are outstanding! Dietary restrictions: This Culver’s is awesome! I’m very severely celiac and have to be careful about cross contamination. The staff here kitchen and front, always keep me safe!
Rude order taker in drive thru when the gal at the drive thru put the order number on my mirror she left a greasy streak across my mirror. Just washed the car two days ago... Not happy.
Waited 30 minutes for "order ahead" in the parking lot. Went inside, 2 other groups waiting for 25+ minutes for their order. Our food was cold by the time we got it while 12+ people working inside were casually doing next to nothing. Highly do not recommend.Food: 1/5
I wasted hours of my time here for an interview when I was given a job from it. I had some issues with my employment dates and they didn't help me at all strung me along for over 3 weeks just to say now I'm not hired if they mess with people's lovely hoods and actual jobs I can only imagine how much they care about actual employees that work there or cutomers. I will no longer support this establishment. If they can't communicate about management jobs how can they communicate about smaller things?
Best dang ice cream ever! Also, it's nice to see a fully staffed place. Everybody appears to be happy and enjoys their job.
A very nice girl named Kendra came out and brought our food to us. This Culver's is very busy so sometimes there's a wait even for drive through. But the food and the service were both excellent.
We have been going to Culver's for 30 years. Always felt like they provided consistent good service and food until today. Person who took our order had poor attitude. She pulled 2 cups from the holder behind the counter for our drinks, dropped them on the floor and them gave them to us to get our drinks. I requested ne cups due to being dropped on the floor. She denied she dropped them. Two of us saw it, We got our new cups. Put 20.00 on the counter to pay. She just stood there looking at us I identified the money was on the counter. She appeared disturbed we did not swipe a card. Took a long time for her to make change. Food came to the table. Luke warm. They neglected to bring the ice cream we also ordered. When I asked about it it was brought ro the table about a minute later, half melted. Six tables around us were dirty. This was 2:30 in the afternoon. People were walking around looking for a clean table. The drive through person was taking trays to the people in the dining room while taking orders from people outside. Meanwhile people were standing behind the counter with nothing ro do. Unorganized and unfriendly atmosphere. Not the "What can we make fresh for you" dialog or presentation. Officially disappointed for the first time in 30 years.
This one was superb I don't know what they did differently this day but I was floored by how good it was.. But the fries at Culver's are either a hit or miss mostly they're a miss I don't know what it is but I don't know if they use the oil too much or what.Food: 5/5
