Ponderosa Steakhouse

Had breakfast buffet....had two sausage links and a spoon of fried potatoes.....waitress(Meg) never came to ask how anything was or if needed anything. I usually have ketchup over my fried potatoes. She came when our plate was empty though to refill pop. Still didn't ask her f we needed anything just dried pop off.....I seen some sweeping floor between breakfast and lunch buffet. It's nice to keep it clean but not with a broom around open food.....please use a dust mop that your not lifting constantly when food is exposed. Please use a dust mop and take it around the corner where the food isn't out

Sunday breakfast. Love the buffet. Awesome customer service. My server was on the ball. Kept the table clean kept my tea glass full.

Used to be a great place to eat. They don't seem to understand what the food handling rules are now.

Ate there on our way home traveling Sunday evening 11/5/17. Ordered a sirloin steak and only 1/2 was edible due to tendons or ligaments as well as gristle. There is no way that was a sirloin cut. So I tired the bar and the wings were hard and had been sitting forever, in fact everything was old and hard. The only thing that was edible was on the salad bar and the mashed potatoes. I paid $17 for the worst meal I've had in a long time. Next time i'll wait and go to Outback or Roadhouse and get a filet or prime rib for that price. Stay away at all costs.

Lots of good food. Dam another two pounds heavier. But will sleep good.
