BIG BOY

Love the breakfast buffet delicious desserts. Will admit they have gotten worse over last couple of years. But still enjoy the fish basket. Shakes. Pie. Broccoli cheese soup.

Tried grilled meatloaf platter. Meatloaf had little meat in it... Burned edges, gravey consistency of jelly and slightly off flavor wise. Toast good. Potatoes burried under jellied gravely which was hot. Just not good. One refill on coffee...

Wonderful place! We were greeted by the hostess and a cook. I have a chronic pain disorder that limits what I can eat. Our server, Gabby, was very awesome and checked the food for me. The dish I ordered, they informed me, they did not know the ingredients as they come premade, and I ordered it anyways. Unfortunately, the food had a lot of pepper in it that I could not eat. I had to order something else. Even though this was clearly my fault, they didn't charge me for the first meal and made me fresh hash browns with no seasoning. The cook and server personally apologised to me, even though it was not their fault. Everyone was very kind and helpful. This was some of the most accommodating and best customer service I have ever received; especially at a restaurant. I would like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff.

When entering the trash cans were over flowing. People had begun setting their trash aside the can. The restroom were just as horrible. Trash everywhere. Unclean floors and toilets. Now for the staff...when on break they smoke directly outside the rear door of the restaurant and throw their butts on the ground. It looked like Big Boy was growing a cigarette butt garden. Our waitress returned 5 times and took our same order because she could not remember 4 orders. Service was horrible. Food quality was below what we expected for Big Boy. Sorry to say but you either need to close this one down or totally clean house and start from scratch with new management and work you way down and get people who care about the Big Boy name.

Nice polite server's. We had a large group and we were well taken care of.
