I just received a call from this clinic, I think regarding testing that my doctor ordered. When I told them I don't speak French they just hung up on me! Absolutely unbelievable.
Honestly, the nurse and doctor I saw was very dismissive of what I was trying to explain to them about what have been feeling and having to live with. They were really non-chaland coming in the room before I even spoke. For people that works in the health industry, they do not seem to have any empathy or care for who they are seeing. Very disappointing.

I received a call for a family Doctor which I've been waiting on the list for years in ramq. I've been told to call back on Tuesday with no specific time to book an appointment with a Dr. I called Tuesday, the automated system tells me it's busy to try again later and hangs up. I called several times that day. I tried next day and the following and nothing. I tried again today and nothing again. Why leave me a message and give me false hope that I can reach you. This is discouraging.
