Horrible! Horrible, horrible! two times we went to this hospital for the ER in unbearable pain and we had to switch the hospital because no care is provided. Inhumane behaviour and can die there nobody will bat an eye. I understand you have to follow priority system but even if your incompetent assessment marks a case as low priority, you have at some point to see at least some of the low priority cases otherwise they’re brushed under the rug and just wait until a person dies to do anything if something…angering and incompetent staff. The way they treated an old lady too, giving her no guidance and being mean to her just because she was alone…the receptionist was keeping her hostage not allowing to see the other receptionist but also not assessing her and not opening a file because she was taking care of some other business. Unacceptable, inhumane and a disgrace of a service! It looks like poor management and no consequences or follow through and improving efficiency. Poor us needing to use this system. Just call 911 and hopefully they bring you to a good hospital. They’re all understaffed and busy, overscheduled, but at least there is some sort of care at the end of the day, here you just wait and wait and wait with no result until you feel so bad that you have to call a friend to drive you to the Jewish General or another normal hospital that will make sure you’re assessed and treated even if it takes forever. At least there are results in other places.
Worst service ever, I arrived in the E.R after being rammed from behind on the road and i wasin pain, they couldn’t give me pain meds while i waited, i had a car accident and could only go around in a wheelchair, half slouched. It took a total of 28 hours, 28 HOURS of pain before being given tylenol and a WEEK of no work i worked in a fast food
Finally received appointments I've been trying to get for almost 2 years, fingers crossed I get help and can finally do a decent review with pics! 4 stars for excitement
Terrible hospital experience. If you’re facing a real emergency, I strongly advise you not to go here. My mother was seriously ill—she couldn’t feel her skin, had severe bone pain, dangerously high blood pressure, and her body temperature dropped to 30°C. We arrived at the ER at 11 a.m., and despite the waiting room being nearly empty, 13 hours later, she still hadn’t seen a doctor. Her condition worsened to the point where she couldn’t walk, as if her body was slowly shutting down while we waited. When we approached the triage nurses, they refused to reassess her condition and even kicked us out of the triage room. We, as a community, need to demand better from our healthcare system and put an end to these unacceptable situations.
I went to this hospital with a broken leg and came out with covid next thing you know im stuck with this rude nurse very disrespectful talking about my weight which wasnt the reason i was there. I go home i nearly die of food poisoning from eating this filthy Jello they served me i couldn't eat nor walk for 4 straight days. Never had the chance to go to hell but they gave me a taste of what its like. Never again will i step into this hospital. And not to mention the way the nurses dress there. I had those big meatballs in my face when i opened my eyes. Lord please save me. Not only that jello nearly killed me but its also overpriced. Yall gotta do something about this seriously
