Un nouveau programme en médecine privée ainsi qu’une vaste gamme de services privés seront bientôt offerts à la clinique. Avec l’énorme pénurie de médecins généralistes et spécialistes au Québec, l’accès public aux médecins est devenu de plus en plus restreint. De plus, la pratique de la médecine au Québec s’avère à être concentrée dans le traitement plutôt que dans la prévention. Il est difficile pour un patient d’avoir accès à une évaluation complète de son état de santé, ses facteurs de risque, et des solutions possibles au maintien de sa santé dans le cadre d’une visite régulière avec un médecin dans le domaine public. La nouvelle Clinique VivaCité vise à favoriser l’attention en profondeur des médecins et professionnels de la santé envers les patients en offrant des programmes de forfaits sur mesure en médecine préventive pour les individus, des programmes adaptés aux besoins des corporations dans le cadre des examens de pré-emploi, tests de dépistage en toxicologie, et différents services en soins infirmiers et en services paramédicaux.

The doctor is ok, but making an appointment it a difficult job. In the past the could book an appointment online, but now there's no chance to do that. Our doctor was at the Fabreville clinique before, so we follow him when he changed the clinique. Each year to make an appointment it' a challenge foe tour nerves. I think that secretaries job to put the online appointment. They just don't do it. Hard to answer the phone also and you can't leave a message
Worst clinic ever. Receptionist don't care at all, they talk between themselves while other patients are waiting and when then come to talk to patient their attitude change for the worst.nI DO NOT RECOMMEND
Before Dr.Pouliot moved to this clinic it was not so bad, wasn't the greatest service at the other place but so much better then this new place. They never have her schedule. Its been since November I've been trying to see her for my sons 5 year check up and we are now January 31st and had trouble again getting an appointment. Also being told they don't really do 5 year old check ups anymore when everyone at my sons daycare have all seen their doctors for their 5 year old check up. What is that about.... When asking about myself - to know when I should be due for my general check up they give you a date of the last time you were there but they don't know what it was for. The lady was very rude and didn't even listen to what I was saying. I get you get thousands of calls but your job is to answer phones and be polite and help people.
Trying to get an appointment it is aweful.. you can never get the line
Horrible service, doctors and receptionist do not communicate. Time was taken off of work and wasted.receptionists are very un accommodating, disrespectful and uniformed. Really disappointing.
