Polyclinique Coeur De L'Ile

The receptionists are unable to open the door when you're supposed to be there 30 minutes before your actual appointment but they're too busy talking about their weekend and making themselves coffee, knowing you are here because THEY opened the door for you outside but not to get in the clinic. I honestly should've stayed home and die peacefully than to hear those 3 incompetents talking nonsense and ignoring us. If you have an appointment here bring some stuff to entertain yourself because you're going to wait a really long time. But the only good thing is that the doctor was really nice.

If the receptionsit would get off her damn cell phone, and pick up the actual phone ringing with patients on the other end, maybe there wouldn’t be 1h hold when calling to make an appointment. So rude & unprofessional. I actually like my doctor, too bad that i can’t seem to reach the office!!!

I appreciate this clinic nearby. The front desk needs lessons in courtesy and respect. We don't need our hands to be held, however... We are the citizens that pay their salary, and should be treated with dignity. Respect is due both ways of course. And government or the doctors should encourage this also. I hope a good change may come of this.

Dr Lisanu was rather rude.I went for a fore arm inflammation and I told him that earlier I had seen a chiro for the same problem and backpain.He said if I had to go see a chiro first then why was I there for a general doctor. He said that repeatedly. I told him that I thought that my health problem would have been solved, that was my reason to consult a chiro.I wouldn't recommend this doctor.He should work upon his communication skills.
