If you want to see a doctor you have to get there at 6am! Yes, it "opens" at 8 but you have to wait outside in the lineup if you want to be seen. Thankfully, they usually let people in before 8. If you arrive at 8 you may not be seen at all!
The doctors I've seen were friendly and helpful.
The receptionists are a mixed bag of friendly and outright rude.
Good luck!

Arrive at 7:55am at this supposed "walk-in" (as if that means anything in Quebec). The unhelpful and apathetic kid at the front desk tells me it's full for the day and that people were lining up since 7am even though everywhere on their website says they open at 8 and start taking appointments at 8am. When I explain that to the clerk he says the doctor arrives at 8 but they're not allowed to write that they actually start accepting people at 7 online ANYWHERE? What kind of broken medical system is this? The Quebec government chooses to spend millions of dollars on lighting up a bridge while the human sized potholes in the road remain death traps for cyclists and there is no working walk-in system in place to help people other than waiting 12+ at a hospital. This is a criminal misuse of our tax dollars as proven by this horrible clinic amongst all the other unhelpful, unsympathetic, overfilled non-options just like it in Montreal. This system is an embarrassment.

I presented myself at 8h15AM at the clinic and saw a doctor at 7h15PM for less than 5 minutes! I feel humiliated how I was talked to by a rude nurse and dismissed in 5(!) minutes by a visibly impatient doctor after 11 hours of waiting time (of which 4 hours I was sitting in the waiting room).

Wait times are ridiculously long. You have to come early in the morning, wait an hour to get told to come back later in the day. When you come later for your appointment, they make you wait another 3 hours to get seen by the doctor. After finally getting called to see the doctor you have wait 20 minutes in the examination room alone before the doctor arrives. At least the doctor was friendly. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

My fiancé has had treatments there since November, Caroline and Catherine at reception are a great help and always really nice with her. Dr Shammim is really attentive and reassuring, the acupuncture ladies are just the best, ask for Delphine or Hoasa. Great team doing the best they can with that crazy system we have here in Montreal. If clients do not want to wait they should pay and go to private. All the blames are about our system in Quebec and should not be put on a specific team and clinic. I STRONGLY RECOMAND FORCEMEDIC
