Hôpital Jean-Talon

My dad is currently here healing from a broken hip. He's a senior, so he's in the senior wing. The staff here do the best they can with the resources that they have. Shout out to Francine who was really helpful in helping my dad in and out of his bed yesterday.nI have so much respect for all the nurses and people working on that floor - they do so much, they deserve recognition for all their hard work. Thank you Jean Talon Hospital for taking care of my dad.

Just left there for a fracture. Albeit wait times can be a bit long its a qebec wide complaint. the rest was a great experience at the urgent care. i heard nurses speak in at least 3 languages at different people. the staff was nice and helpful. didnt try the cafeteria so i have no opinion.

Honestly This Hospital Not to Bad. But with Some Improvements on customer service language such as English because loads of immigrants. Atleast providing some water for people waiting hours. Also Nurses checking to see if your name is still on the waiting list. Because last time I was there the nurse I don't know how. Gave the wrong file of another patient because I didn't speak french. We need a complaint box for these experiences

Wait time is about what you’d expect these days I waited 7 hours to be seen for a small wound and fever, the care itself is okay.nnThe security or lack thereof is unfortunate. My partner witnessed someone walk into the waiting room from outside, steal the phone of a sleeping patient in the waiting room, and then start to leave. My partner hailed the security guards and explained what happened and the guards didnt do anything — the thief just laid down and slept on the chairs in the waiting room, they barely made him return the phone and certainly didnt make him leave. There was also another patient shouting racial epithets and threats to multiple people who came in the waiting room, and the security guards did nothing for hours.nnYou’ll get treated eventually, but beware of your belongings and keep your head low in the waiting room.

Went there for my first colonoscopy at the ripe old age of 22. Was bleeding out my butt and doctor told me it was required to check deep within my rear cavern for anything serious.nnWas pretty nervous at first but the receptionist and doctor were nice and helped me stay chill. Turns out i had hemorrhoids. 10/10 service though will consider them for future colonoscopies.nnGoogles asking me if I'd like to add photos to this review but I'm scared I'd get banned.
