We had great experience visiting her. She is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The medication she gave worked perfectly. Thank you Doctor.
She is not passionate about her job at all. If there was an option to give 0 star, I would. I would like to urge people who aren't satisfied or had had bad experiences with her to complain at the Collège des médecins du Quebec. You can file a complaint online. She has been my father's doctor for the past 10 years and she wasn't able to diagnose his cancer which reached stage 4 and led to his death. He had a tumor in his throat that never got diagnosed. 5 years ago, when he told me he felt something in his throat while swallowing, I encouraged him to talk to his doctor and apparently she did nothing. At the beginning of this year, my father went to the ER because he knew she wasn't going to help him, within the same week he got a diagnosis of advanced cancer which led to surgery. Unfortunately he died of complications. If you have parents seeing her please make sure you go with them. I noticed she has a lot of old indian people as patients because she speaks their language. And honestly, if you have been followed by her, I highly advise you to start looking for another doctor.
I would start by saying that even 1 star they dont deserve. Very unprofessional doctor. Am very surprised why the heck is she still in service. She dont care about her patients. Lack of service. We been calling pass few days for an appointment but no call back calls. And after reading all these comments and hearing other ppl also complaining abt her i think she needs to be check by the ordre des medecins. We are for sure changing doctor.
Just look her up on RateMDs. If that’s not enough to convince you to not go to her, she once told a patient that her illness is fine and that the patient has nothing to worry about. Few months later, the patient found out they had a tumour and was on stage 4 cancer. Ultimately, the patient passed away yet she took no accountability on the matter especially because she could have caught it earlier. In summary, she’s the typical Indian doctor who went to school because her parents forced her to do so. However, she has no passion in her field and her practice, and just does her profession for the sake of doing it. Confidentiality is also a concern with her. I felt extremely uncomfortable opening up to her about certain common “women” things, and she seems to incorporate her Indian Gujarati culture with her practices; causing a disaster.
I’m not sure why everyone is so mad at Dr. Daginawala. Today was my first appointment with her. I found her so comforting and caring and had a great sense of humour too. We chatted about a few things and I found her to be the kind of person who is relaxed yet concerned about my welfare.
Should be held accountable for constant cases of medical malpractice leading which has led to death…absolutely ridiculous how she still has her license
Not sure how she can still practice this profession, but I strongly suggest the health board inspects her unknowingly/anonymously. Strongly suggest an audit is made on her practices.
She is committed to her job. Give me professional advise.
I made a call in order to make an appointment, we scheduled it for 4 pm and when I arrived I was informed that I will be received "maybe in 3 hours". Disrespectful regarding my time and efforts. Awful service
Very poor service. U have to wait more then 1 hr for medical check up.
