This is a classic Polish Deli that can be a little hard to find it is around the back of the building with no sign indication location. This is a great place for traditional Polish food, especially the large deli area with a huge selection of traditional Eastern European sausages, pate, etc. There is also an excellent bakery from third party bakery selection with large rye loaves and a very good selection of sweets, cookies, etc. The store is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Service can be slow at the meat/deli counter as every customer is being served individually and the meats all have to be custom sliced. However, if you want pre-packaged charcuterie then you should go somewhere else. If you want tasty cold cuts and pates...this is the place. The price of products is very reasonable. Parking is ample including handicapped designated but not sure if the narrow aisles will accommodate a wheel chair or not. Good food, nice people, fair price. I recommend.
Fresh deliver of produce every Thursday. Warm breads, hams, cakes, all your favourite Polish snacks and goodies! Even has traditional Polish slippers and cups.
Small European deli. Not very busy so the freshness can be questionable. Convenient and friendly service.
Hi fellow Canadians. I am a loyal customer of this store and visit them weekly to buy not only deli but bakeries as well. Here what I have purchased during this week and couldn't believe that store would sale the expired grocery. Going today to inform them in person have the receipt, images and witnesses as well but want to warn you, guys to be more careful while buying their goods what can cause our health. PS: I have attached two images with moldiness cake they sold to me.
Rude service and racist management - I’ve never been treated so poorly while shopping ever. I’d never give a negative review to a local small business but after experiencing such racist remarks by the owner they surely deserve 0 stars
This is the best spot in Toronto for polish foods! Best pickles in the game are sold here. 5/5
Products are fantastic prices are a little high and the staff is a little snooty but it's a good place to shop
Very disappointed and disgusted to find that the sausages I purchased this morning were all rotten inside..
We have been lovers of everything Eastern European for 40 years Our go to was a small shop on Kingston Rd called Kyle's. When it closed we searched out many comparable stores from Starsky in the north , Ronscevalles in Toronto and out to the east end. Our luck that we came across Polka. With every conceivable sausage, smoked hock etc... it is the place to go if your looking for Eastern European. We moved out of Toronto during the pandemic and now we now travel over 2 hours for our Polka fix.
This isn't Poland still y'all ladies need to drop the attitude when serving customers. Update: Now we selling expired items and covering it with the price tag ?
