The staff is kind and efficient, especially in the drive-through. They have clean bathrooms, although they are a little small. However, with all of that being said, this is still my favorite spot to get coffee and pastries each morning. The parking lot is usually crazy during the evenings get there early for a spot so I usually use the drive thru.
This has to be the worst Tim’s in the city. The service is terrible. Never a thank you!! Not only that they make a mistake on your order every time. Now they’ve taken to not even cutting my bagel in half. They need to be bused out of the city to see what real service is all about. Loyal Tim’s Customer for now
The worst experience ever with same thing 3 times. The sandwich bar girls needs to professional and know to how to make sandwiches and bagels . I got my everything bagel extra toasted with extra butter and chipotle bagel was not even lightly toasted and butter and chipotle was just on one spot and my bagel was never cut. How am gonna able to eat this thing . Happened with me 3rd time Same girl at sandwich bar and even i asked nicely this time to spread butter how it supposed to be she started making faces and at last she smashed by bagel at counter
I enjoy this location however in the past few times I see the owner or manager always shouting at employees...mostly students. I feel so sorry for them. They should learn on how to treat employees.
Visited yesterday around 9pm and it wasn’t full, although it took a while to have my order processed. It is not as clean as it should be and attendants should have more training to run this place properly. My potato was not as good as the ones from McDonalds. Location is good, close from home and near the station.
So this morning I went there to get just an everything bagel with cream cheese. There were people behind me. What they did was that they served customers who came after me and I had to wait longer. It was a very bad experience when you are off to work and people do this to you. I literally felt like crying as I missed 2 of the TTCs past my wait time there.
One of the worst tim hortons. They rarely have timbit and donut flavours in stock. I brought breakfast home for my family on Saturday morning, jalapeño cheddar bagel toasted with cheese and butter, it was BURNT! tried calling several times and no one answered. Not happy !
This is the 2nd week I am visiting this Tim’s drive thru. The service was exceptional both times. Hospitality of the guys at the window was really exceptional. The food was also great. I don’t know the names of both the guys at the window today and last sunday morning, but they needs to be recognized for their amazing hospitality. Great job team members.
I visit this place at least 3 times a week as it's very close to my home. Most of the time, I used mobile orders which is quick and no lineup. The food is ok but sometime I could not get the items I ordered through my mobile app, they just simply told me to select a replacement. The dining area is not too dirty, I saw them clean the tables a couple of times so far. But the washroom is horrible, it has a backlog of stains with the toilet. Other than the smell of burnt toast sometimes, it's still a nice place to bring in a laptop to work.
Me and my Wife got sick from eating here. Need to get this place checked out. Please be aware when buying food from this place. Go somewhere else. I'd put 0/5 but 1 is the lowestFood: 1/5
