This used to be my sub spot and I would go out of my way to pick this one over Subway. The quality and service has gone down dramatically. None of the food seems fresh, including the bread and whatever they leave their ingredients soaking in and the guy who’s been working there for awhile seems to have checked out. I recommend skipping this one.
This location and the location at Lawrence and Scarborough Golf Club Rd and both terrible. They are really being cheap with the fillings. Paid 19.40$ today for a roast beef sub with double roast beef w cheese no other toppings used to be a super sub Lawrence & Midland. Got home heated it and was sooo disappointed. There was barely 1 portion of beef let alone the extra I paid for. This is all too common at both the mentioned locations and as a result I will give Belly Buster Subs my business. Expensive but at least you get value for money… no I won’t go to facebook but please have a look at these stores. And improve them…
Personally I would give no stars even though I like to support local businesses but this location will be a never again from me. I just recieved my order from here through Skip and whomever is currently working right now and made my subs should be ashamed of themselves. All three large subs were poorly packaged, the breads are oldstale and partially hard as a rock with little to no toppings. This is RIDICULOUS for how much money I spent to be credited $16.28. Pictures are posted below.
The worst customer service ever! I will never visit this location ever again! Such rude attitude to your customer is just unacceptable, you don’t tell your customers how they want their toppings, they can tell you what they would like on their sub one by one or they can tell you everything except some toppings… you need to improve the skills of how you talk to your customers, and have some patience! If I could give you 0 star I would!
This is my first at last time at this mr sub location. The person service was extremely rude Through out the full time I was here. He made a sub when ordered second sub I asked him if he can finish making first sub as it was a vegetarian sub. He was like I asked you if that was all. And then ignored my request to finish making veggie sub and grabbed the chicken and then came back to finish making this sub. While doing the veggies he touched the container of other meat also. And when told him about it he was extremely ignorant about it . When time to pay while paying i asked if I can make a suggestion about your service. I simply stated some people who are vegetarian or are not eating meat due to religious purposes he should honor the request and not mix. He said he only touched it with one finger and it shouldn't matter. I said you couldn't have lifted whole sub with one finger and even if that was case still touched it with meat products. After paying he said next time you say change glove all together. I did make my self clear that I didn't want meat mixed with it. And to top it all off he didn't even give us any napkins in bag like other locations. I would say keep your hard earned money don't give it to a locations that not sanitary and gives you attitude for no reason you shouldn't have pay for rudeness. I don't recommend this location at all.
Very disappointed in this location. Employee would not honour the points App or free sub that is on the App. He even stated he does not honour the birthday coupon . Not sure how he can refuse Mr. Subs legitimate App. Poor service. Not returning.
First time going to this location and this would definitely be the last. The lady that made my sub was very rude. She seemed confused in how to make my sub. And got upset when she mentioned that I would like to get it toasted. But why did you offer to have it toasted if your gonna be rude to the customer! Even ruder when I had to pay. She asked if it's gonna be cash of credit. I said credit. And snapped at me again! Saying which credit card. Seriously this the worst experience at any restaurant. To the owner of this place. Train your employees in nice to the customer. That employees seems racist. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else.
Use to love to come here now not so much food quality is poor
The sandwich was so fresh the bun was so soft and yummy.. Mr.Sub has the best subs Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to add to you sun Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly and kid options Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair friendly
Staff are friendly but this location shoukd be updated inside. Seats are ripped and old. Good for takeout only.
