Wow! Wing House

To be fair, I do enjoy Wow Wing. Their Markham Special includes a pound of wings and their amazing fries that has their white sauce and a bit of hot peppers. It’s the main reason I go to Wow Wing. Their wings are just as good as most other wing spots but it’s the Markham Special fries that will keep you coming back. The reason for the 1-star review? I ordered Spicy Gar Par wings, which is their garlic Parmesan wings with hot sauce added on top. The last time I ordered it there was a bit too much hot sauce so I requested the hot sauce to be on the side so I can add the amount I prefer as I eat. But the person who took my order said it would be $1.50 more. I asked why and she stated that because it’s not mixed together. But I told her my reasoning too much hot sauce last time and I asked if she understood that they’re not giving me ADDITIONAL hot sauce, so no loss there. But she was adamant in wanting to charge me $1.50 for the request, so I just went with regular Gar par wings instead, with no big fuss. I did not think it was an outrageous request, and it would have been nice if she tried asking her boss or the kitchen if it’s possible, but she did not. In the moment, it just seemed a bit greedy and lacked any desire to try and accommodate the customer.

After living around this store for 14 years, I finally decided to give them a try. Sorry to say, I won't be going back there. The fries are pricey and taste cheap and tasteless. I can make home-made fries much better than theirs. Wings themselves are good and of value, but as for the sauce, I'll pass any day. The medium spicy sauce has a gentle burn but no flavour whatsoever. Our second order had honey bbq. From my wife's feedback, she commented the sauce tasted like watered down honey with no BBQ flavour. Save your money and go to a proper wing store.

Been a regular customer here for many years paid for extra sauce and instead got next to no sauce come on guys do better

I just visited this store for the first time and I absolutely enjoyed them. I got the big boy special of 2 lbs of wings, fries and a pop. The wings were big and flavorful with plenty of sauce, the fries were a huge portion and cooked great. I will absolutley return to order again.

This was my 3rd visiting this location and each time I went it just got worse! It’s always the same person on the cash and he’s horrible at customer service. I bought 3 of their Markham specials and the wings tasted stale. It literally took them 10 minutes to prepare everything and I’m sure it wasn’t fresh! Wings were dry and fries had almost no sauce on them. Never going there again. Their good and service both are horrible.

I am giving only 1 star to there ranch wings with fries combo But honestly don’t go for devil ranch wings There was no ranch on the wings very less like very less and we asked owner to add some he’s like this is how it comes, He made us pay $1.50 more for that small ranch sauce box Moreover I am surprise he charge 50 cents extra for Coke Zero So basically u pay a lot for simple breaded wings This was not the quality before I did had chance to visit this location twice and wings were quite good and yummy before So disappointed Other locations are way better then this and owners are polite

Terrible food, fries tastes like cardboard, wings are dry, barely any sauce, tastes like rubber. Terrible service, rude guy at the front acts like he’s doing u a favour. Overall terrible food, used to be good a couple years ago but not anymore. Eat at your own expense

Amazing variety of sauces, making us think too much in choosing ours. Chicken was soft and spice, as we requested. Location is good and the place itself is clean and in order. It took less than 20 minutes to deliver our dishes. We took away and ate at home. Will come back again.

I know this picture does not look the most appealing but the food was good. I got the spicy parmesan wings with the onion fries. The reason I’m giving only 3 stars is because the wings did not seem freshly cooked they were not hot when it arrived. The onion fries are a must try that was my favourite part of this meal. I will give this place another try! I just hope my wings won’t be cold next time.
